I've played some places before where you have to go on the website to do certain things but that's not the case here. They pay out when they are supposed to and quickly answer any questions you have, they go out of the way to fix any issues that may come up. I love promotions on free coins as well as when you're buying coins.
One thing though, they don't have enough games for me, it would be nice to see more games added on a regular basis. You can get bored playing the same ones over and over

I enjoy playing here, the games are very entertaining and a lot of fun. It takes me back to when my mom was alive and we went to real casinos, now I don't like going to the casinos and I'd rather play and take my chances with Chumba. I don't have to leave my home but can stay in the comfort of my home with my children. The casinos are about an hour or more away from where I live and now I don't have to travel at all in order to relax. Well I tried it out because my daughter said you can win but, I haven’t yet won anything been on here for awhile. I play quite alot too, most days. They have fun games but it isn't as fun to me if I don't win anything, even though I don't lose a lot of money.

I've been playing on Chumba for over a year, an on other sweepstakes casinos as well. For me, Chumba has handsdown the best games, a huge amount of them and they have the big names as well. They also add new games weekly. You can even get prizes once you've saved up enough sweeps from winning so that's nice too.
Their redemption process is pretty fast, although I wish it was instant, but take what you can get.

my favourite site - they have it all. Great prizes and quick payouts when you win, plus it's really easy to buy coins any time I want. They normally have some purchase offers on a semi regular basis too.

it's a nice place for us to hang out together (virtually!) and play games - means you can still socialise while the kids are in bed without needing a babysitter.
They also recently added a bingo game which I enjoy, it is so easy to put money on. The only downfall is waiting a few days to get my rewards when I win. Besides that I love the easy ways to play.

They do have a purchase discount for coins but if you're used to places giving you a welcome freebie for signing up then it'll be a disappointment. There was no welcome bonus on offer when I signed up, unless I missed it.
Despite that, Chumba has the best games and they are always adding new games. The pay outs on the games are all great, when I win I receive my money within 24hrs most of the time

I have played here for years and never had any issues cashing in sweeps for prizes (as long as you provide all documents requested ) people who post about having issues I guarantee have not provided all documentation they request for verification so it's their own fault. These guys are 💯 legit without question.
