My Gold Rush City review shares info about their welcome offer, which involves 15,000 Gold Coins and 500 Sweeps Coins. I’ll also explain how those coins work and which games you can play.
I found the site quite easy to move around, although the help area was quite small and I found no other promotions in that area. I’ll cover the payment options and app availability below too, so let’s get started.

I didn’t need to hunt for this offer, as it was displayed on the homepage when I got there. When signing up, you will receive 15,000 Gold Coins, plus 500 Sweeps Coins. The latter is one of the more generous SC bonuses I have seen at these sites. The site also has a promotions page, but there was nothing on there to read when I reviewed the site. To learn more about the welcome offer, you can read the full bonus review here as well.
It was nice to see details of the welcome offer at the top of the page when I first arrived, especially as some sites hide it away until you have signed up. I was also able to explore the games collection, which was divided into exclusive, new, and popular game areas. It’s not too common to find exclusive titles at social and sweepstakes casinos, so while there were only 12 titles there, it was nice to see them.
The other notable area in the menu was the promotions section, although that had nothing of note in it on my trip there recently. You will need to be logged in to play any of the social games there, but that’s quite usual. The presence of having exclusive games was a good point, although there are no table games or other options apart from some Slingo titles at the moment. Finding helpful info to get a better feel for the site was trickier, since the help center was harder to find. I’ll provide more details on my efforts in that area shortly.
Once signed in, I was able to see my balances for the Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins in the menu column. The site does feel sparser than some of its competitors, but that might change as it settles down, as it is still new at the time of compiling this report.
I can go one better than that - there are two, designed for Android and iOS users, respectively. If you search online for the site name plus the word app, the Google Play Store and App Store links should appear near the top of the search results. There have been multiple updates for each app, so it seems to be regularly improved. There are only a handful of Gold Rush City user reviews for each of them, since the GoldRushCity.com service has not long launched.
You can also visit the website on your mobile device if you would rather do that. I found the website looked fine and it did adjust to display properly if I adjusted the size of my browser window too. To this end, I would go for the website since it seems responsive enough, rather than needing to download an app and remember to update it whenever necessary. It’s not too common that you get the choice, so it does at least mean you can decide how to visit.
If you’re going to get a Gold Rush City login, make sure you are aware that no purchase is ever necessary to use the site. You can collect Gold Coins for free when you sign up, for example. While you can purchase extra Gold Coins, this is never a requirement. Further, you can never purchase any Sweeps Coins - something you’ll see noted in all Gold Rush City reviews.
The site doesn’t provide a payment methods page, and having gone through the help area for further details, I was unable to find confirmation of the exact methods they welcome in there either. My research suggests that card methods look the most likely, although the overall selection of options is on the small side. I was also able to find out that if you redeem Sweeps Coins winnings for a real prize, you must do so using the same method you selected for a Gold Coin purchase. If you haven’t purchased anything, you need to select a method (which is likely to involve online banking). You should also ensure that you only use a method (whether for purchase or redemption) that bears your real name, the name you use for your GoldRushCity.com signup purposes.
First off, the terms of the site along with the sweepstakes rules are accessed from the bottom of the site, which is good to know. I did find details a little on the light side inside the sweepstakes rules though. I wanted to know which states were not accepted there, and I could only find this information in the location tracking section of the help area. This confirmed that there are currently eight prohibited US states.
While the help section covers all the basic topics you might want to know about, I was able to find further details when I looked for contact information. It appears that you can only contact them via their online support form at present. When I selected that, I found myself inside a proper help center for the site. While some of the info repeated what I had already found, I did note that it seemed more useful. I was able to get more info about the Gold Rush City redemption time, how to use the two coin types, and so on, so it is worth finding your way to that area, even if it is a convoluted journey to get there.

This is a vital question, but unlike regular online casinos, social and sweepstakes sites do not need the usual license granted to those. When I visit these sites, I typically see two things - ownership details and a note confirming that no purchase is necessary to use the site. The latter does not appear at present at Gold Rush City, but I did find out that the site is owned by Play City Group LLC, which is based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
I only have sketchy details about this, as the site does not provide us with a VIP program page or any details about it in the terms of the site. However, it does seem as if you can start collecting points whenever you play the social casino games there. The system keeps track of these for you, although it would be better to have transparent details about the program and where those points might lead.
Gold Rush City is a social and sweepstakes casino available in a range of US states. It provides a range of casino-style games to play, including slot games and Slingo titles.
You cannot win prizes directly from playing their casino-style games. You can play with Sweeps Coins, and any Sweeps Coins winnings you manage to get are redeemable for real prizes.
The site states that it can take 3-5 days for processing once the site has approved your Sweeps Coins redemption request. However, it does not clarify how long it might take them to verify and approve your redemption request. You may be required to verify your ID first.
There are social games to play including slots and Slingo titles. There are areas for new and exclusive social games as well.
You can play any slot game using Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins. Each title has different coin requirements. It’s best to start by playing socially with Gold Coins, and choosing a game with the lowest requirement to play each spin.
The site has only just launched, so it has yet to establish itself among the many other similar sites online today. There are certain areas where further information would be useful, such as in the loyalty area and the FAQ section. It’s nice to be able to view the games before joining, but the collection isn’t as big as some other sites of this ilk. The site format looks good though, so it is easy to explore if you want to learn more about GoldRushCity.com.

The social games are available to see upon arrival at the site. I soon found a range of titles from Booming Games and Relax Gaming. I also noted some exclusive titles provided by Storm Games, including Gladiator’s Revenge and Dragon Gems Deluxe. While slots appear to be the biggest draw, I also spotted a selection of Slingo titles such as Slingo Space Invaders and the quirkily-titled Slingo Rakin’ Bacon.
The site sticks to the familiar names for the two coins in use. Gold Coins are reserved for casual and social gameplay. In contrast, the Sweeps Coins are for sweepstakes gaming. You cannot win any GoldRushCity.com real money directly from the games, but any Sweeps Coins winnings you manage to get are redeemable for a real prize.
The game collection is smaller than some others I’ve seen on similar sites, but there is a reasonable range of titles to explore. It’s always good to note more than one developer providing those titles, too. You can collect a welcome offer if you choose to join, which allows you to play some of the social games to start with.
