MyBets.us Casino Review: I Checked Out 1,000+ Games, Loyalty & Perks

An overview of MyBets.us sweepstakes casino

MyBets.us lets you play your favorite casino-style games using virtual currencies like Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) instead of a MyBets.us real money gameplay option. Just as with my WinBonanza review, the GC is primarily for entertainment and can’t be redeemed for real prizes under any circumstances.

Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for cash prizes or gift cards when you meet certain conditions, including a minimum SC balance, a playthrough requirement, and KYC verification. You can obtain these virtual currencies for free via gameplay and bonuses, or by purchasing optional Gold Coin bundles. The SC in your GC bundle purchases come as a freebie or a bonus.

This sweepstakes casino is currently accessible in over 38 US states. Players physically located in the following states won’t be able to play on MyBets.us: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, and Washington.

A generous no-purchase welcome bonus to get things moving

As I’ve indicated, MyBets.us offers new players 250,000 GC and 25 free SC spins on the Pandariffic slot. No promo code is required for this bonus. You can use the GC portion of this MyBets.us bonus on various casino-style games in the lobby.

I would’ve liked it if the free SC spins could be used on titles other than the Pandariffic slot, but unfortunately, they couldn’t be applied in that way. In any case, I used my GC to play casino-style games such as Thor’s Wild Power, Wolf Moon Pays, Iron Bank 2, and Raiders of Atlantis. I’ll now discuss the other promos you can expect on MyBets.us before circling back to the games.

Other bonuses to claim on MyBets.us

During my review, I found other offers that helped extend my playtime. These include two types of daily rewards, mail-in entries, social media giveaways, and the first optional GC bundle purchase:

Something for every slot fan

1,000+ casino-style games from reputable studios

MyBets.us offers a wide selection of titles from various software providers, including ICONIC21, Evolution, Relax Gaming, 3 Oaks, Slotmill, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, and more. These comprised exclusives, slots, table games, casual games, and social live dealer titles. Aside from the casino-style games I mentioned earlier, other top games I tried include Elven Fortune, Fox Fiasco, Pearl Hunter, and Paws of Egypt.

MyBets.us has a functional and mobile-optimized website

MyBets.us currently doesn’t have a downloadable mobile app, but this is hardly a problem, as it provides a mobile-optimized web interface for sweepstakes casino gaming. I tested the website on iOS, Android, and PC. The performance was excellent regardless of the device, and I never noticed any lag during gaming. Casino-style games loaded up quickly without issue.

Apart from its speed, the website is also beautiful and well-organized, so it doesn’t overwhelm players. It uses a bluish theme, which makes the game tiles, links, and buttons pop. I found the search button at the top pretty handy for quickly locating my favorite games. MyBets.us also lets you find games by category, greatly improving the gaming experience. You’ll find other relevant links such as “Contact Us”, “T&C”, and “Responsible Social Gameplay” in the side menu and footer.

Several payment methods for GC purchases, including fiat and crypto options

You can handle gaming transactions using several payment methods, including fiat and crypto. Regarding fiat options, you’ll find Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Some of the accepted crypto options include Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Binance Coin, Solana, Ripple, Tether (USDT), and more. I noticed that all optional GC bundle purchases were settled almost immediately, regardless of the payment method.

Processing time for SC redemptions differs by payment method. As I noted in my CrazyCoins Casino review, cryptocurrency payments were completed within a few hours, whereas fiat SC redemptions took up to 5 business days. I couldn’t pin down the exact minimum or maximum SC redemption amounts, as those also depended on the preferred payment method.

Responsive customer support via live chat, email, and phone

It was reassuring to find that I could reach the MyBets.us support team round the clock through live chat, email, and phone. After signing up, I tapped the floating live chat button to start a conversation about accessibility. I expected a bot to open the conversation, but that’s not what happened. Within 60 seconds of sending my message, a human agent replied. I found them pretty knowledgeable about the subject matter.

On that same note, I emailed the support team to check the response time. To my astonishment, I received a detailed reply in under 3 hours, a far better response time than many top sweepstakes brands offer. I was also excited to find the phone option here, which is something I didn’t see during my TitanTreasure review. To put it simply, MyBets.us does a phenomenal job on its support front.

MyBets.us is legit and safe for sweepstakes casino fun

As of writing, MyBets.us is authorized to operate in over 38 US states, with more states to follow. Given that it runs a sweepstakes model, it doesn’t require a special license to operate in its eligible locations. The site strictly follows US sweepstakes guidelines and state regulations where it’s accessible.

On the security front, it uses industry-standard security features to protect your data from potential misuse. MyBets.us also has mandatory age checks and KYC verification in place. These features help prevent identity fraud and keep ineligible players from accessing the interface. I felt reassured throughout my review.

Conclusion – Enjoy over 1,000 casino-style games on MyBets.us

To bring things home, I’m satisfied with everything I’ve seen on MyBets.us. It’s still early days, but I have really positive feelings about the site’s future. My favorite thing about the site is the quality of casino-style games featured in its game lobby. There’s so much to enjoy, and MyBets.us reinforces this through generous promotions, a well-optimized website, responsive customer support, and industry-standard security features.
