Peakplay Review: Is Peakplay Legit or Scam?

In the first section of my PeakPlay review, I wanted to discuss the new customer offer. In truth, there isn’t a great deal to go over with this one, as it doesn’t come with any complex terms and takes all of two minutes to unlock.

User Feedback and Industry Insight

PeakPlay is a relatively new entrant to the sweepstakes industry, having launched in 2025, so reviews are limited. I found the brand listed on Trustpilot with a 3.0 rating, but only seven total reviews.

The casino responds, making it easy to see that they care about their players and try to resolve issues.

One player named Jacques gave PeakPlay a four-star rating, stating it's good and honest. He received a redemption in just two days.

On the downside, players complain about losing games and customer support issues.

Dakota claims that the support team does not respond to emails quickly, and he has had issues redeeming prizes.

The only downside, so far, is the overall design. The platform is plain for my liking, but I was glad to see that PeakPlay does not include annoying pop-ups or an overabundance of ads.
