User Feedback and Industry Insight

On Trustpilot, there were just 21 reviews for PICKEM, which is understandable considering how new it is. The platform had a 2.6-star rating out of 5.

A few players left some positive reviews for the platform, such as Friar Lax, who commented on the fast redemption process compared to other casinos he's played at as well as the good selection of games in the library.

Overall, here are my thoughts: Is PICKEM perfect? No. Does it stand out? Yes.

There’s plenty to address, such as the inconsistent stability of the mobile app with freezes and buttons not working. There could also be more games. Additionally, the customer support page on mobile isn’t working; I had to use my desktop.

That said, I enjoy the platform's aesthetic, the available games, and the promotions on offer.

There’s a lot to work with here, and I’ll be keeping tabs on them as time goes on.
