Punt Casino was launched in the US by Gold Coin Group LLC in 2024, so it's been around for some time. Punt is an interesting name as it's usually associated with football, but the site doesn’t have any sportsbook to speak of.
Regardless of the confusing name, the casino has many great games, which I’ll talk about. Plus, Punt offers great potential with a very welcoming no-deposit sign-up bonus worth 260k GC and 25 SC.
I recently spent some time at Punt Casino, and I’ll take you through many good aspects of the brand as well as small drawbacks of the site.

As you can also see in our review of Punt Casino bonuses, the brand has many incentives for new and existing players. Let’s go through all of them.
When I joined Punt, I received only 25,000 Gold Coins, which left me feeling disappointed. It seems like this casino had a bigger sign up bonus that included SC as well, but they discontinued it.
The no deposit bonus is a staple of any sweeps casino and when it comes without any SC, it is a serious drawback.
Since the Punt no deposit bonus was minimal, I looked for first purchase bonuses to raise my coin balance. Luckily, there were good offers.

There are three welcome offers on Punt, and the biggest one is worth 260k GC, 26 SC, and 100 free spins for $19.99.
I earned my place at Punt’s VIP Club as soon as I joined, but to rise the ranks means climbing levels through coin wins. Once in, you have to rise from Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, right up to Diamond.

Doing so means exclusive promotions, level-up bonuses, rakeback, and invitations to special events. If you’re good enough to qualify for Hosted Status, then Punt awards you your own personalized account manager with even more VIP treatment.
You’ll need to log in to Punt each day and play their Daily Streak to get more coins, totally free. The amount of coins you get starts at 1 SC, but how many you reach depends on your ‘streak’ and not breaking it, even by a day.

It takes some SC building to get involved in the Punt Raffle, but if you're lucky, 2,500 SC and 25 million GC are there for the taking. The catch is you’ll need to have played 100 SC to get 1 ticket, after which you’re entered in the draw.
If you qualify for tickets, you’re then invited to the live-streaming results, which happen each Saturday.
The Daily Ace Tournament is for blackjack aficionados. You can get points each time you play each day. To get in, I had to choose the Punt Blackjack Lounge. But there’s also the option of the Punt Blackjack Prestige and Punt Blackjack VIP.
At the end, the top prize winner can scoop 250 SC and 2.5m GC.
This is a very simple way of just asking Punt Casino for free coins by writing to them via physical mail (2438 Industrial Blvd #681). Punt doesn’t give any details of how many SC you’ll get, and when I asked, I was directed to a very long Terms and Conditions section.

It turns out that the mail bonus is 5 Free Sweeps Coins, which is pretty good compared to others.
While the reward for referring friends is a great feature, your friend of choice has to make a $20 purchase on GC deals. I was also capped at 20 friend referrals. The best thing is that if you qualify, you could get up to 200k GC and 20 SC for each successful friend joining.

This is a good amount considering all I needed to do was send some links to friends.
Punt must have strength in numbers as they’re extremely active on Facebook, X, and Instagram. I suggest you bookmark and check daily because the giveaways and promotions drop all the time.
Make sure you do the same with Punt’s Telegram page, where I found discounted purchase deals plus ‘Bonus Drop’ codes for challenges with coin boosts.
Slots are prominent on Punt, and there are currently just over 1500 to choose from. These and others are easy to filter by provider, those ‘featured’, and by alphabetical order. Interestingly, I found Punt also lets you filter games by what's ‘top’ in whichever US state you may be in.
Those in Alabama may differ from those in Connecticut, who knew? I also found 76 live casino games, which is plenty given the many variants of crash games and other table games.
I played Coin Strike 2 by Playson, a slot, which came with funky tunes and also listed more games, winners, and amounts of coins below the frame. I didn’t have the chance to check all of them, but the ones I did featured the same information.
There are no scratchcards, bingo, or fish shooter games on Punt Casino, which would have been a nice alternative to the rest.
Punt Casino has many slot games to browse through and play. I was slightly put off by the fact that the Punt team has ‘branded’ these games with their own chosen font. I found it a little strange, simply because recognizable titles looked different at first glance.

I was pleased to find many Punt Casino ‘exclusive’ games such as Vendetta Fury, Zoomania, and Punk Rocker 3. This tells me the people at Punt have the credentials and enthusiasm to create and release their own creations.
Vendetta Fury was pretty exciting and I got 50 SC after just ten minutes of play, although maybe that was beginner's luck! An annoying thing was that some games are only available in some regions.
So while you can sign up and join Punt Casino in the many available US states, even then, some games are still restricted!
But wherever you may be, and whatever games you are allowed to play, the slots all come from top vendors.
They include: Hacksaw, Playson, BGaming, Red Tiger and many more.
Perhaps it was the welcoming host, perhaps the tile, but I was instantly drawn to play Monopoly Big Baller when looking through Punt Casino’s live lobby. The game is very old-fashioned, with trumpet music greeting you with a guy in a sailor outfit.
It wasn’t what I thought before entering; alas, I left quickly for the solace of games more to my taste. Punt Blackjack Prestige, High Stakes Blackjack, and Gold Vault Roulette all seemed very interesting.
There are 76 live games to play in total.

I played Low Limit Blackjack and, despite the name, managed to get 20k GC in moments. I did find this game hard on the eyes; the icons at the bottom right were hard to focus on.
Punt Casino does have many others, and all have high standards of graphics and sound. It's not entirely like the ‘real thing’ but pretty close. I do wish the thumbnails more accurately represented the gaming that lies behind, though.
I found that with all the live casino games I tried, you need to be quick to play your hand and coin amount. There's often a timer, which will lock you out if you take too long to play.
The real headline when it comes to Punt’s payment process is that redemptions take a very short time, a matter of moments once I hit the request button. This isn’t so common with sweepstakes casinos, as some can take up to a week.

The process of getting there is also easy; simply follow these steps:
1. Verify Your Identity. It's wise to do this as soon as you sign up at the site, as it may slow things down later and stop you from accessing bonus plays. You can verify who you are by sending proof of address (copy of a bill, etc.) and ID (passport/driver's license).
2. Check that you meet the playthrough and minimum SC redemption requirements. You’ll need to have played SC x3 and have at least 100 SC in your account.
3. Send a redemption claim by going to ‘Store’ on your account and clicking ‘Redeem’. Then enter how much SC you want (or gift card option) and choose how you want the reward sent. Instant bank transfers are the quickest (usually instant), and ACH transfers take 1-3 business days.
4. Check that all the information is correct (your bank details, redemption amount) and send it to the Punt team.

To make purchases, again go to the ‘Store’ section where you can clearly find the various deals on offer at the time. You can use cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex to make purchases. Apple Pay is also accepted.
Punt currently has a 3.8 rating from just over 300 reviews on Trustpilot, which is a bit low. But so is the number of people who have sent their feedback.
With that in mind, I expected to find a real mixed bag of reviews from users. Actually, I found a healthy amount of 4 and 5-star reviews with balanced responses. The first got straight to the point by opening with how they really liked to play on Punt.
Sarah delved further to complement the games but also call out some issues she had around actually winning. There’s also a note for the technical folks at Punt with some people having problems around the Daily Login bonus not functioning, but I didn’t see any issues.

Serra loved the standard of the software providers and the verification process. I outlined the stages previously, and how easy it is, so it's nice to see others also had a similar experience.
Like me, this player also really liked the speedy redemptions.

I was surprised to read some of the issues people had with Punt because in my experience, functionality, redemption times (and general ease), and quality of games were all on point. Although I did find it strange that some games were restricted to some players, even if they’re in a state that allows entry to Punt.
I would agree with some other user feedback when it comes to customer support. I’ve read comments from people saying they waited hours. I wasn’t happy waiting 15 minutes, and even then, the agent sent me to a site section with no answers.
That aside, the first purchase bonus is very good. The games were various and good, and as I’ve covered many times previously, redemptions are quick, and this site definitely rewards you with real prizes.
You’ll need to have at least 100 SC in your account before making a redemption request, and if your account is verified, the process usually takes a matter of minutes. In some cases, the Punt team might have to review the request, which may take longer.
Yes. There is a 3x playthrough requirement with SC. This means you’ll need to have played through three times with any bonus SC you get.
As long as you’re 18 or over, you can play in many US states. Those restricted include California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia.
These are Punt’s ‘featured’ games where you join tournaments and compete with fellow players. Levels of SC range from 50 to 150.
If you really want a large coin balance and want to purchase, it costs $1,999.99, which will get you 20 million GC, plus 2,005.00 free SC.
Punt has been a great social casino experience for me. You can bet small and win big, which is awesome! The site is easy to use and the instant cash-out feature is a huge plus. Customer service is really responsive - they responded within a few minutes. They also show live YouTube streamers and plenty of social media giveaways.
If you enjoy slot games, it’s a good option for you. I enjoyed the variety they had, alongside their reasonable selection of table games. It was a pretty okay experience with their bonuses as well.
