How does RegalCoins work?

Right under the banners are links to the available slot categories and a “Provider” tab you can click to find games by provider. To provide some social proof, RegalCoins lists the usernames of its jackpot players and their rewards. Most of the lobby is taken up by multiple game tiles displaying the game collection. This section of the lobby is divided into three categories (“Bonus Frenzy”, “Hold & Win Hits”, and “Popular Picks”) for quick access.

It’s also highly responsive too. The web page loads quickly, and I didn’t experience any lag while snooping around the site.

Support could be better

RegalCoins offers its players support via email and live chat. When I tested the live chat option for the first time, I got a response within a minute of initiating the interaction. Interestingly, the second time I initiated an interaction with the live chat team, I waited for close to an hour without getting a response. It might be that the live support has working hours, but I didn’t find any mention of that on the site.

The average response time for the site’s email support is 24 hours, and this support option is best for resolving the more complex issues that require more details and documentation. There’s also a help center with articles covering the basics of RegalCoins operations.
