Open LoneStar Casino
This week I’ve been gaming at Spinly, which is a new US sweepstakes casino offering hundreds of awesome slots from developers like 3 Oaks Gaming, and a massive potential welcome bonus.
Based on my findings, I’ve created the below Spinly review to get a proper take on this site and how it ranks to other contenders. I’ll look at the legitimacy of the brand, the different games it offers, and the main ways that you can get the Gold Coin (GC) and Sweeps Coin (SC) virtual currencies.
In my Thrillcoins review I recently completed, I found a pretty good game library, but I think that Spinly goes one step further. I had plenty of fun - I just wish they’d add some live dealer games and then I’d basically have everything I want to play.
I ALWAYS look at which developers provide the games at a new sweepstakes casino, and with Spinly, I found these names:
3 Oaks Gaming, BGaming, Jili, Booming Games, PG Interactive, Penguin King, Dragon Gaming, M2Play, Ice Win, Yellow Bat, KA Gaming, Lucky Monaco, N2 Games, Bar Bara Bang, Fast Spin, Spade Gaming.
I’ve played games from most of these developers before, but I was unfamiliar with a few names like Yellow Bat and Lucky Monaco. I was happy to see 3 Oaks Gaming and BGaming though - 3 Oaks has the awesome Hold and Win game mechanic, while BGaming is known for its high RTP slots.
For variety, they nearly have the perfect game catalog. But unfortunately, at the time of creating this Spinly review, there were not any live dealer games which are something I expect social casinos to offer. Still, you can enjoy these categories:
There’s a pretty decent arcade selection with some of my favorite BGaming titles like Plinko XY and Rocket Dice XY, plus some crash games like Rocket Crash. I also had a blast with the fishing arcade games from KA Gaming, and I used far too much of my Gold Coins on games like Caishen Dao, Ocean Hunter, and Mega Fishing. This is also one of the few sweepstakes casinos that offers bingo games too which I thought was an interesting addition.
Unlike the games I found in my Sweepking review, Spinly actually has an epic single player table game collection. I’ve found that sites do not feature these games as much anymore, so it was refreshing to see, and I had fun playing these titles:
Games are all good fun, but they need to be hosted in a legit sweepstakes casino. So, next up for this Spinly sweepstakes review, I checked features like support, security, and regulatory compliance.
Spinly is the real deal. It follows US sweepstakes regulations, and I’m happy it’s a legit site. There’s no real money deposits or gameplay, you can only ever play the games using your virtual currencies, and they strictly follow the no purchase requirement. You can also get all the info about the virtual currencies and more via the sweepstakes rules page.
I got stuck a few times and needed more info on things like the SC redemption process, so I reached out to the support team using the live chat feature. I tested this multiple times, and each time, I got a reply within 20 minutes which is not the fastest. Sometimes, it was a case of leaving a message and waiting for the support team to get back to me - when they did, they were especially helpful though. I’ll also say that the site itself has some of the most detailed explanations though for its features, so the likelihood of you needing support is minimal.

The security was spot on for Spinly and I always felt safe gaming here - SSL encryption is used, there’s a geoblocker to prevent people outside the US signing up, and they have a pretty strict KYC policy, with email verification being required even before you can log in to your account. One thing I did not was that I didn’t see a dedicated responsible social gaming page which is something they need to add to help protect their customers. The transparency was spot on though, and they give detailed breakdowns about how all of the site’s features work, plus documents like T&Cs and sweepstakes rules.
Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) are the two virtual currencies you can use here. Gold Coins are for fun only, but you can purchase GC packages if you wish. I was able to purchase them using Visa, MasterCard, or Bank Transfer, but you might be able to see different methods than I can. These are OPTIONAL also - no purchase is necessary to play here.
Sweeps Coins are also for fun, but they have the added feature of being redeemable for cash prizes. However, before you can redeem a prize, there’s the following SC redemption requirements:
When I created my Blitzmania review, I looked at the usability, and Spinly is comparably better, however the mobile experience was confusing. There is a “download app” link in the right-hand expandable menu. When you click this, a pop-up appears with links and QR codes to download the iOS and Android apps. I clicked the links - nothing. I scanned the QR codes - nothing.
For my experience, I was not able to download any apps, despite their being evidence of them. So, I tested the mobile responsive browser version instead and that worked fine. It uses the same color scheme, theme, and layout as the desktop site, but you get a more compact version that fits smartly on your cell phone. The games I tested on the mobile version worked fantastically too, and they had smooth touchscreen controls.
Most of my time though was spent using the desktop website and I like the simple design, and the excellent usability. The color scheme is fine, the text readability is spot on, and I really like the attention to detail they’ve given for the game categories and filters. You can search for games by developer, or using the search function, and there’s also loads of sub categories like cascading reels, Bonus Buy, Free Spins, and Megaways slots.
I’ve made a separate Spinly bonus review you can read after for more details about the promos, but I’m going to summarize the main features here.
First up, similar to what I found in my Coinsback Casino review, I got a pretty huge no purchase bonus at Spinly of 100,000 Gold Coins and 15 Sweeps Coins.
To unlock the full bonus, you have to do the following:
| Action | GC | SC |
| Sign up | 100,000 | 10 |
| Verify your phone | N/A | 2 |
| Verify your ID | N/A | 3 |
Not only that, but there’s a 100% first purchase bonus on your first optional Gold Coin package. Instead of special packages, Spinly basically gives you a 100% bonus depending on which GC package you choose, up to a max GC package of $29.99.
The welcome bonus is one of the best I’ve had for ages, but Spinly also has an epic range of promos and features for existing customers, including:
I was impressed with the VIP program as it has 11 tiers you can progress through, and at each new tier you get a level-up prize which includes SC. Not only that, but there’s other VIP privileges such as weekly rewards, rebates, monthly bonuses, and birthday gifts.
I definitely will! You should already be able to see from my Spinly review that I had a heap of fun with this site. It does pretty much everything I expect from a social casino too, and the only real downsides were the broken mobile app links and QR codes, and the lack of live dealer games.
Other than that, I loved the game selection, always felt like I had plenty of virtual currencies, and was impressed with how the site works and its operations. Don’t take my word for it though - you can use the links on this page to get signed up and give Spinly a try for yourself today.
Currently, Spinly is NOT available in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia.
Nope! You can only ever play the games here using your Gold Coin or Sweeps Coin virtual currency balance.
When I signed up to Spinly I got a total of 100,000 Gold Coins and 15 Sweeps Coins. To get all of this I had to sign up, verify my cell phone, and verify my ID.
Yup! I’ve been playing here for a while now and tested all its features thoroughly. It follows US regulations, gives you loads of ways to get virtual currencies, and complies with the no purchase necessary requirement.
