Spinpals has been released for months, but it’s only recently that I’ve got my thoughts together to create a complete Spinpals review. I’ve always been a fan of this site and rate it as one of the better sweepstakes casinos.
It’s got a cracking welcome bonus, a varied game collection, and I also like the smart and professional design of the site. For more insight into what this social casino offers, you can check out my complete guide below where I’ll delve into the legitimacy of the operator, and what you can expect if you sign up.

For a complete breakdown about what this site offers in terms of promotions, you can check out my Spinpals promo code review. For a taster though, I’ll explain how the welcome bonus works, and give you a glimpse of the other promotions you can find here.
When I created my Spinpals account and logged in for the first time, I got a welcome bonus of 30,000 GC and 3 SC. Over the past 5 years, I’ve tested heaps of sites, and I expect them to give at least 7,500 GC and 2 SC for the welcome bonus. This means that the Spinpals signup bonus exceeds expectations and I think it gives you excellent playability.
There is an optional discounted Gold Coin first purchase bonus too which is great value. You get 2,300,000 Gold Coins for $20, and after the GC purchase is complete, you should get 23 free SC as a bonus. This could be something to consider if you are going to stick with Spinpals and make it one of your regular social casinos.
The signup bonus is just the first thing you can get and I also saw a good selection of other promotions and bonus features here, including:
Other Spinpals reviews I’ve read point towards it being a legit US sweepstakes casino and I’m in full agreement. When I initially tested this site after creating my Spinpals login, there were four things which stood out to me that showed its legitimacy including security, support, and the virtual currency system.
I wanted to make sure that there wasn’t a Spinpals scam, so the first thing I noticed was their compliance with US regulations for sweepstakes casinos. They only ever allow you to play the games using Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) which are the two virtual currencies, and you are never allowed to make real money deposits here. These things alone show me that it’s legit, but after more digging, I also found that there’s plenty of ways to get these virtual currencies, and that no purchase is necessary to play the games.
Spinpals is also secure, which I was pleased to see. After going through the Spinpals register process, I checked out the site’s security features. There’s SSL encryption which means that your personal data is protected, and there is an active SSL certificate provided by Google Trust Services. On top of that, HTTPS connectivity is used, and during the registration process you have to complete email and phone number verification. I also noticed that they use geoblocking technology to make sure that only US residents can access their site and attempt to create an account.
If you click on the “Get help” button from the left-hand menu on the Spinpals site, the customer support system will open. This is an all-in-one system where you can speak to someone via the live chat, view your support message history, and browse the help center. I like this format as it keeps everything nice and neat so you don’t have to try and get help through multiple different pages. I tested the live chat support many times at different points during the week, and it appears to be active 24’/7 as I always got a reply within 10 minutes max. The quality of support received was decent too, and I found the reps to be helpful and polite.

Lastly, I noticed the virtual currency setup this site has and was pleased to see Gold Coins and Sweeps Coin being used. You can make optional GC purchases here, and when I went to make a GC purchase, I was able to use Visa, MasterCard, or Online Banking - you might be able to see additional purchase methods to me though.
SC cash prize redemptions are also available, but you have to meet certain requirements first. This includes having a minimum SC balance of 100, playing with your bonus SC at least 1x, and completing the full KYC check. I tested the redemption process and was able to use Bank Transfer, which is common for social casinos.

After following the Spinpals sign up process, creating my account, and looking at the legitimacy of the site, I dived headfirst into the games. I was pleased to see a good collection of developers, and there’s a diverse range of genres too, including live dealer games.
First up, I looked at the names behind the games, and I found the following developers:
I’m familiar with each of these, and I’ve played their games at countless other social casinos, so I’m confident you can get a fun and fair gaming experience.
In terms of genres, you’ve got slots, table games, live dealer games, scratchcards, arcade games, and racing games. I like that there is a great selection of slot mechanics and game features too. For instance, you can enjoy Hold and Win games from 3 Oaks Gaming, but also bonus buy games, the Hotfire Expand system, and Hold’N’Link games.
If you read my other reviews, you’ll have most likely seen me bang on about Hacksaw Gaming before. But, I’m going to do it again here! This is my favorite slot developer, and Spinpals features 100+ of their games which is just awesome! You can try out their iconic “Le” series which features the funny French cartoon racoon, or other classics like Wanted Dead or a Wild, Tiger Legends, Ze Zeus, and Donny & Danny Cash King’s Forever.
The gaming at Spinpals was great, and I think this was made easier to enjoy by the excellent website design and the mobile-responsive browser site. For this Spinpals review, I spent ages testing both versions to see how the usability stacked up.
I love the Spinpals website. Now, it’s not flashy, but for me, this isn’t an issue. Instead, it’s smart, simple, and looks incredibly professional and I think this creates a better impression, and is better from a usability perspective. The purple, white, and gold color scheme works great, and I like how they give you the different game categories and a search feature directly on the homepage. It’s just an easy to use website that prioritizes usability - if you’re new to sweepstakes casinos, I think you’ll get on fine with the desktop site.
Right now, there isn’t a downloadable mobile app which lessened my Spinpals ratings a little bit. Perhaps one will come in the future, but if you want to play on your smartphone then you’ll have to use the mobile-responsive browser version. I tested this on Google Chrome on my Samsung Galaxy and I had a pleasant experience. It has the same smart site layout and design, and from what I could see, you still get access to all the games, promos, and features.
I hope you’ve found my Spinpals review useful and you can see what you stand to gain from registering an account here. I wish I would have tested it sooner as I really enjoyed virtually every aspect of the site. It’s got a brilliant and diverse game collection, featuring some of my top developers of all time, and I really like the smart and professional website design. The only thing it could improve is adding more games - the variety is great, but it still could be better. A mobile app would also be nice.
If you want to try it out for yourself and get stuck in, all you need to do is click any of the banners you can see on this page. It’s then a case of following the registration process, verifying your ID, and logging in to get your 30,000 Gold Coin and 3 Sweeps Coin welcome bonus!
Yes. I’m 100% sure that Spinpals is reliable, secure, and legit. It follows sweepstakes casino regulations by only allowing you to play the games using virtual currencies, giving you plenty of ways to potentially get virtual currencies, and requiring no purchase necessary to play the games.
No. Spinpals is a sweepstakes casino which means there is no real money gameplay. You play the games using your virtual currencies which are Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. You only ever have the chance of getting GC or SC prizes back from the gameplay.
Spinpals doesn’t do “payouts” like you would experience in an RMG casino. However, I’ve found the average Spinpals redemption time to be anywhere between 3-10 business days. Typically, the SC cash prize redemptions I have made have taken around 8-10 business days to process.
This depends on the type of slot and the developer. However, from my experience testing the games here, you can play most of them with as little as 20 Gold Coins per spin. There is usually a higher minimum play limit for table games like blackjack though.
