Four important things I noticed about Spinpals sweepstakes casino

Other Spinpals reviews I’ve read point towards it being a legit US sweepstakes casino and I’m in full agreement. When I initially tested this site after creating my Spinpals login, there were four things which stood out to me that showed its legitimacy including security, support, and the virtual currency system.

1. It follows US sweepstakes regulations

I wanted to make sure that there wasn’t a Spinpals scam, so the first thing I noticed was their compliance with US regulations for sweepstakes casinos. They only ever allow you to play the games using Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) which are the two virtual currencies, and you are never allowed to make real money deposits here. These things alone show me that it’s legit, but after more digging, I also found that there’s plenty of ways to get these virtual currencies, and that no purchase is necessary to play the games.

2. The site has excellent security

Spinpals is also secure, which I was pleased to see. After going through the Spinpals register process, I checked out the site’s security features. There’s SSL encryption which means that your personal data is protected, and there is an active SSL certificate provided by Google Trust Services. On top of that, HTTPS connectivity is used, and during the registration process you have to complete email and phone number verification. I also noticed that they use geoblocking technology to make sure that only US residents can access their site and attempt to create an account.

3. There’s a neat customer support system

If you click on the “Get help” button from the left-hand menu on the Spinpals site, the customer support system will open. This is an all-in-one system where you can speak to someone via the live chat, view your support message history, and browse the help center. I like this format as it keeps everything nice and neat so you don’t have to try and get help through multiple different pages. I tested the live chat support many times at different points during the week, and it appears to be active 24’/7 as I always got a reply within 10 minutes max. The quality of support received was decent too, and I found the reps to be helpful and polite.

4. GC purchases and SC redemptions are available

Lastly, I noticed the virtual currency setup this site has and was pleased to see Gold Coins and Sweeps Coin being used. You can make optional GC purchases here, and when I went to make a GC purchase, I was able to use Visa, MasterCard, or Online Banking - you might be able to see additional purchase methods to me though.

SC cash prize redemptions are also available, but you have to meet certain requirements first. This includes having a minimum SC balance of 100, playing with your bonus SC at least 1x, and completing the full KYC check. I tested the redemption process and was able to use Bank Transfer, which is common for social casinos.
