What is Zoo (Stake Originals)

Stake.us Zoo is a Stake Originals title that I believe resembles roulette. The grid consists of various zoo animals, with three boxes/indicators that go around the rectangle featuring 20 of these animals. They’ll eventually come to a stop, and wherever they land, those are the winning symbols.

There’s really nothing more to it than that: the player picks the animal(s) it wants to play Gold Coins or Stake Cash on, the game begins, and much like roulette, the boxes go around the grid, and wherever they land, those are the winning animals.

How to Play Zoo

To start the Zoo game, I had 10 seconds between rounds to make my selections.

• The minimum amount of Gold Coins I was able to play was 2,000, and the maximum is 10 million.

You can opt to double whatever amount you choose or repeat the same play for the next round.

At the bottom of the game, you’ll see various animal icons that you’ll choose to play on.

• To start, pick the coins you wish to play with, then choose the animal. Each animal has a multiplier attached to it.

Since there are three boxes—as you can see, with the blue, green, and orange outlines in the screenshots above—it’s possible they all land on the same animal or multiple animals.

There’s a multiplier for all three possible outcomes of landing on one, two, or three of the same animal icon.

At the top of the game, players can also see the most recent result combinations.

Of course, this game is completely RNG with a 2% house edge, so while that could be helpful to recognize a potential pattern, just know that every round is completely unique from the last, so if there were to be similar results, that’s a coincidence.

Additionally, you can play Stake Original Zoo in Manual and Auto play modes.

Manual allows you to pick whatever combination you’d like, and the game follows. There’s also a Quick Play option, which makes it so you don’t need to confirm you want to play.

As for Auto, you’ll pick the coin denomination you wish to play with, the animal, and then from there you can set the number of rounds you want to play with that combination.

There’s also an “Advanced” section which allows you to customize the Auto play a bit more. For example, you can choose to increase your stake on each win or loss, as well as to stop the game when have won or lost a selected amount of coins.

How to Win Stake Zoo Games Online

There’s no straightforward strategy when it comes to a guide on How to win Stake Zoo game online. This game is completely RNG (generated by a random number), so the outcomes of each round are random.

However, I found that I could put myself in the best possible position to win by picking the animal symbols with the highest chances of being landed on. These include the rhino and penguin (more on their multipliers later).

Outside of consistently picking animal symbols with the highest chance of being landed on, again, there’s no definitive answer that I can offer for how to win. Some players would recommend playing in Auto mode with the same combination each round since switching up your choices makes it even more random.

However, while playing numerous Stake games, I’ve concluded that this one is purely for entertainment, so never play with more coins than you’re comfortable with losing.

What are the Zoo Payouts & Profitability Percentages on Stake US?

Before diving into the multipliers and chances, Zoo has a 2% house edge to be aware of before you begin playing.

If that’s OK with you, here are the symbols I saw when I started playing: lion, tiger, elephant, alligator, rhino, and penguin.

As mentioned, there are three boxes that go around the grid, so there are multipliers and chances for many combinations:

As you can see, lions and tigers have the same multipliers and chances, as do elephants and alligators.

So, if you were to play 2,000 Gold Coins on a lion, and all three boxes landed on it, you’d get 1000x those 2,000 Gold Coins, which would be 2,000,000 Gold Coins.

What are Users Saying Online About Zoo on Stake

Considering Zoo is a Stake Original title that’s not seen or found anywhere else, I wanted to find what other players had to say about it or what they thought of it.

Unfortunately, it was difficult to find specific reviews or experiences of the game on Trustpilot and Reddit, but I did find one post from a player on r/stakeus who shared their experience.

This player played using Stake Cash, where the minimum play amount is 0.2 SC. Looking at the screenshot, it appears that’s what they played with. They picked the elephant, and all three boxes landed on the elephant, giving the player a 224x multiplier, and they received 44.8 Stake Cash.

In all, there were five comments on this post.

The comments were mostly congratulatory, and there weren’t any opinions expressed or strategies discussed. There was one comment from player NewMountain290 saying “At least you won” which could be interpreted as believing that Zoo wins are rare, but who knows.

Again, I couldn’t find many mentions of this game online, but it was encouraging to see that the one post about the game was a win for the player.

How does Zoo Compare to Other Stake Originals?

Two other Stake Originals titles I have reviewed and often played are Chicken and Moles.

• Stake Chicken is a game where you’ll attempt to get across the street.

Each time you successfully cross into a new lane of traffic, the multiplier increases. Of course, a car could hit the chicken, the sewer cap could collapse under the chicken, or fire could come from the sewer cap.

• As for Stake Moles, there are seven holes, and you can pick between 1 and 6 moles to appear on the grid.

The fewer the moles, the higher the multiplier. The goal here is to, before the game starts, pick one of the seven holes with a mallet, and if a mole appears out of it, you win.

There are plenty of similarities between all three titles in terms of the mechanics. All three of these Stake Originals have Auto and Manual gameplay modes.

These are both games of chance, similar to Zoo. However, Zoo feels very close to a table game like roulette, whereas Moles and Chicken aren’t exactly traditional casino games.

All three games are entertaining, but if you’re a fan of roulette specifically, Zoo will offer a somewhat familiar experience.

Summary About Zoo on Stake

Zoo game is one of the newer Stake Originals titles at Stake.us. There are plenty of other unique games, such as Chicken and Moles, but if you’ve been looking for a Stake Originals title that resembles more traditional casino-like games, Zoo feels a lot like roulette to me.

This game involves three boxes going around a grid, similar to a wheel spinning for roulette. Then, depending on where the boxes land, that’s the winning combination and payout, which, again, is similar to roulette.

I enjoyed playing the game. It’s exciting to see the three boxes go around the grid and hope that, by the time the game slows down, it lands on your chosen animal symbol.

Also, the house edge of 2% isn’t too bad either, so wins don’t feel impossible. I played a few rounds and got a couple of wins with a total net loss of 2,000 Gold Coins.

I’d recommend checking out Zoo, especially if you enjoy roulette.
