I was impressed with the SweepKing sweepstakes casino UX

As soon as I landed on the website, I couldn’t help but think that the site had been built with mobile gaming in mind. The layout not only works perfectly on a desktop PC, but it’s adaptable for mobile devices, too. I tried the site on my iPhone, which mirrored the desktop version. Overall, even though there isn’t a mobile app, I really didn’t feel like I was missing out. First and foremost, I had to test out the FAQs during my SweepKing review. If you’ve read any of my reviews before, such as my Playzee review, then you will know that I love a good FAQ section. The one at SweepKing could do with a little improvement, but overall it’s pretty solid. I found articles on verification, how to set up an account, and technical issues, for example, which cover a good base for basic queries.

If you need a little more help, the 24/7 live chat is perfect for this. While I was initially connected with an AI Agent, it wasn’t long before I was connected to a real human. I didn’t even need to request a real live agent, as this was automatically done for me. While the responses were a copy/paste, this sped up the process considerably, allowing responses to come back within seconds. I also didn’t mind this because the responses were high quality and gave me everything I needed to know.

Alternatively, there’s a support email available if you prefer. Responses can take a few hours, but this is to be expected as emails tend to be much slower than standard. However, I didn’t expect to receive an email the same day, so getting a response within 3 hours was superb.

A standout feature of the customer support for me is that you can also chat with agents via WhatsApp. There’s a ‘Chat with us on WhatsApp’ button available when clicking on the live chat bubble, plus a reminder of this feature during the live chat itself. It works very well by launching WhatsApp and opening a fresh message to the team. You can then go about your day while waiting for a response from the team. While it’s a little slower than live chat, it’s faster than email responses, so win-win.
