However, from there, the only way to earn daily bonuses is to make purchases. Each purchase bundle comes with an amount of Sweeps Coins you’ll receive daily over the next 7 days.

For example, with that $9.99 pack, I would receive 2 free Sweeps Coins daily over 7 days in addition to the 20 Sweeps Coins.

These can stack, but you cannot earn more than 9 unlocks in one day.

So, if you plan on making consistent purchases, this will be a nice promotion for you. If not, you won’t be able to participate.

This includes numerous, and what I’d consider laborious, steps, such as writing information on a specific type of paper and using a specific envelope. Though it may sound drawn-out, 5 Sweeps Coins is the top amount for a mail-in bonus, so it is worthwhile.

Overview of Games at SweepKing

When I tested SweepKing Casino, I found there slots, table games, and live dealer games available to play.

I have to be honest about how I found the game collection, so I’ll start by saying there are hundreds of slots to choose from, a lot of great providers, and ample themes to choose from.

However, I had a lot of issues getting these games to load. I contacted customer support, and they mentioned things such as being in a restricted state, having an ad blocker on, clearing my cache and cookies, using a different browser, or even using a different internet connection.

After several reloads of the page, I managed to get one slot game to open: Le Cowboy by Hacksaw Gaming. From there, though, every game I tried to open was just a grey screen.

I then tried on a mobile web browser, and the only thing I could find that seemed to consistently work was opening a game, playing it, logging out of my account, logging back in, and re-opening a game.

I made sure my ad blocker was off, cleared my cache, tried different web browsers, and even tried using my phone’s mobile hotspot.

Nothing seemed to work besides logging in and out. I’m not sure if other players will experience something similar, but that was my experience, and it was a bit disappointing.

As mentioned, the first (and really only) slot game I had success with opening was Le Cowboy, by Hacksaw Gaming. Beyond Hacksaw Gaming, though, there are plenty of other excellent providers, including 3 Oaks Gaming, Playson, Evoplay, Booming Games, and more.

As for my experience with Le Cowboy, it was a positive one. Everything (at that time) loaded fine without any issues, and the graphics looked great. There was an information tab that showed things such as the RTP, which for Le Cowboy was 94%.

If you’re able to get slot games to load consistently, I can see how you’d have a great experience with SweepKing.

Unfortunately for me, though, I had a lot of issues getting games to load.

The main provider for all SweepKing live dealer games is Evolution. In all, I found 22 titles, including roulette, blackjack, dice games, video poker, baccarat, and more.

Like with slots, I had issues getting the games to load. I started with Instant Roulette, and this was a live game, but it had no host.

After that, I logged out and back in and was able to load into Fun Fun 21, a blackjack game.

I had to do this on mobile, though, as I couldn’t get it to open on desktop. The stream was nice overall, and I didn’t have any lag or buffering.

After purchasing and playing, you’ll eventually want to redeem. Here’s how to do that:

1. Before you can redeem, you’ll need to verify your account and identity. Visit your profile page to start the verification process.
   
2. After you complete this process, you can then request a redemption when you reach at least 50 Sweeps Coins.

The redemption methods include crypto or a virtual card. Both of these have a 2.5% fee, and redemptions can take as long as 30 days, even though crypto redemptions are supposed to typically be faster than traditional methods.

In my opinion, redemptions taking up to 30 days and having a 2.5% fee are simply unacceptable. That’s not something I’ve ever seen at any other sweepstakes casino.

SweepKing’s Player Feedback

While I have my opinion on SweepKing Casino, I wanted to head over to Trustpilot and see what other real players are experiencing. Currently on Trustpilot, SweepKing has over 380 reviews and a star rating of 4.1, which is decent for a new brand.

First up, I found this five-star review from Deborah Sindell, who praised the fast redemptions, the variety of games, and the experienced customer service team.

Another positive review is from an anonymous customer, who complimented the fun library of games, the good selection of promotional deals, and the 'promising' redemption process.

However, there are of course a range of 1-star reviews from less than satisfied players.

James M is one of the negative reviewers I saw who complained about the 10x playthrough requirement on any SC from bundles or promotions and the cap on bet size for some games.

SweepKing responded to his complaint stating that all of their requirements and redemption rules are published and outlined in the terms and conditions and when I double checked, they were definitely there.

It might be worth SweepKing's time though to make them more obvious to players when purchasing bundles though since not everyone is going to read the terms and conditions before playing.

Final Thoughts: An Honest Overview of SweepKing Casino

Overall, I didn’t have the best experience with SweepKing. I’ll start by saying I liked the sign up bonus, the game providers, the game variety, and the positive reviews from Trustpilot.

That said, I found there to be a lot of issues. These included the games not loading, daily rewards being locked behind purchasing Gold Coins packages, redemptions taking up to 30 days, the maximum daily redemption amount, and the 2.5% fee on redemptions.

Also, when logging in and out to try to get the games to work, my coin balance went from 100,000 Gold Coins to 95,000 Gold Coins, and then all the way up to 275,000 Gold Coins, and I didn’t do anything in the games.

While this appears to be a bug that went in my favor, there’s still that level of polish I’ve seen at other sweepstakes casinos that is missing here.

There’s a lot that needs to be improved.
