You can play games as a guest, but your progress in the game(s) you play won’t be recorded. The games come with instructions or basic info you need as part of the splash screen once the game has loaded. You’ll get a tutorial on how to play so you can quickly get the hang of the games they choose to play. Like other Sweepz reviews, I think allowing users to play in guest mode is a plus for Sweepz.

Sweepz.com currently doesn’t offer a native app so you can only access the site via your mobile browser. I visited the site via the Chrome browser on my Android device, and the experience was smooth.

Signing up took less than 5 and playing the Sweepz.com sweepstakes games was easy as the games were stable and had fast load times.

The mobile version offers the same level of functionality you’ll get from a native app as I didn’t experience lag or downtime when playing on the site.

The Gems packages are listed clearly, and some offer free Sweepz Tokens. The STs are represented by a colorful diamond-shaped icon. Once you find a package to purchase, select the white price tab.

From there, you can proceed to checkout. I have an iPhone, so I could use Apple Pay and debit/credit cards. Android users can utilize Google Pay to complete the transaction.

As far as prizes are concerned, you will need to be on the home page and open the Prizes tab. Then, you can see the available options, which can vary. I had access to a $50 cash daily sweepstakes for 5 STs per entry and a $50 Visa Card for 5 STs per entry.

I selected the cash option and then could select how many entries I wanted to play. This is one way that Sweepz varies. You must enter into sweepstakes to win, and your STs are not guaranteed to result in a prize.

This format is very different from traditional sweepstakes sites so keep that in mind when joining and playing games at Sweepz.

Based on my experience with Sweepz.com, I think the site’s customer support could be better. At the time of this review, the only way to contact the customer support team is via email. I didn’t find a live chat option or a telephone support number, which made me ask, “Is Sweepz.com legit?”.

I got the answer to my question after successfully mailing the support team via the Contact Us link at the footer of the site’s homepage. The response time is fast: I received a response to my email within two hours.

I found the FAQ page relatively exhaustive, as it contained more than just answers to general questions about the site’s operations. Thus, new players can quickly figure out what to do and expect from Sweepz.com.

Sweepz.com legally operates in all states in the US except Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Kentucky and Washington. It is operated by Altitude Games Pty Ltd, a mobile and web game studio based in Western Australia.

Based on my research, Altitude Games is a legit company with quite the reputation as a free-to-play game developer

It also has a strong presence on LinkedIn and Facebook so despite its somewhat different services and operations, Sweepz.com isn’t a scam.

While reviewing the site, I found a clearly stated guideline for reporting winners each cycle. Players can also send feedback to the site, which only a site with a reputation to protect would do. Sweepz.com also has detailed and transparent T&C and Privacy Policy documents and a Sweep Page detailing the prizes available to players.

Although the site claims to use “commercially reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we collect, process and maintain.”, it didn’t specify what these safeguards were.

I also didn’t find a Responsible Gaming page with tools and resources, but the site has solid KYC checks to ascertain that its players are 18+ and reside in states where it legally operates.
