Great timing – I’ve just finished piecing my latest Thrillaroo review together. This subscription-based online gaming site is packed with perks, and I can’t wait to share all that I have found out with you.
As you read on, you’ll find out how the Win Win Guarantee works as a Thrillaroo member, including a complete breakdown of Chill Mode, Thrill Code, and current subscriptions. We also take a tour of the 80-game online lobby, guide you through reimbursements and withdrawals, and leave you with our honest encounter with support. Time to get into it.
Before I start to break down the ins and outs of Thrillaroo, I thought it was best to kick things off with a quick explanation of how Thrillaroo works and where you can look to play.
Thrillaroo is a subscription-based online gaming site with what they call a Win-Win Guarantee (WWG). This format is completely new to the states and aims to reimburse net gameplay losses at the end of each membership period.
A subscription unlocks two gaming modes: Chill and Thrill. As you would anticipate, Chill Mode is a little more relaxed, allowing you to engage with unlimited free play with non-redeemable virtual currencies. Thrill Mode, however, opens the door to real-money play, at which point the WWG format kicks in.
You will find a great selection of Thrillaroo games, and it is up to you how you choose to play. Of course, the mechanics behind these titles are still much the same as any other online game you have encountered, requiring you to set your Chill or Thrill spins and wait for the reels to land.
Those playing in Thrill Mode will be able to withdraw winnings at any point, even if you curently don't have an active membership. Any reimbursements you might receive through the brand's WWG will be credited to your account after each membership period. At that point, standard verification checks will be expected to be passed, and winnings or reimbursements will be made possible via bank transfer.
Although Thrillaroo is not subject to regulation, it is currently only accepting residents from the following states:
Alongside state restrictions, I was pleased to see that Thrillaroo placed your online health at its core. Here, you can soon contact the support team to place weekly, monthly, and six-monthly timeouts, as well as full exclusions.
That should have explained how Thrillaroo works and where it is accessible. Now, let us guide you through the sign-up process before sharing our latest experience with the online games site.

Now, it is time for the fun stuff. With your account ready, let me now talk you through my latest experience of Thrillaroo.
First and foremost, it is worth talking about the 7-day free trial. This can be triggered as soon as you have made your way on site, all without entering a Thrillaroo bonus code. As the name suggests, this bonus provides you with free access to the site for seven days, and any losses are still paid back to you at the end of your free trial through the WWG.
If found that your maximum play per spin is set at $1.50, and you won’t encounter any admin fees on your first $30.00 worth of purchases. This is something that is worth picking up on, as it is just the seven-day membership that will be free, not your Thrill Token purchases.
You can look to upgrade to a paid membership at any point, and this will keep your progress going. I have covered the current memberships in this convenient table.
| Subscription | Duration | Best for |
| $29.99 | Seven days | Those who wish for frequent resets and clearer visibility. This membership comes with merch store access, members-only live stream, access to the Community Hub, exclusive downloads, a max. play of $1.50 per spin as well as no admin fees on your first $30.00 worth of Thrill Token purchases. |
| $99.99 | Thirty days | Those caught in the middle. Wishing for better value, but less commitment. Here, you'll also benefit from all of the above but your max. play per spin is increased to $3.00. Further you will not face any admin fees for your first $100.00 spent on Thrill Token purchases. |
| $289.99 | Ninety days | Players who are confident that they will continue playing. Offers best value. Comes with all of the above advantages plus a max. play amunt of $5.00 per spin, which is great for player who plan to return to the platform frequently. Additionally you'll have no admin fees on your first $100.00 of purchases every single membership period. |
You can complete your subscription using AmEx, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers, unlocking complete access to unlimited Chill Tokens and the Thrill Tokens store. Your Chill Tokens allow you to enjoy top games for fun, but your Thrill Tokens hold a little more weight.
Any purchase of Thrill Tokens is backed by the WWG I briefly mentioned earlier, meaning any net losses at the end of your first subscription will be reimbursed. Naturally, any winnings can also be withdrawn from your account before you decide on your next subscription.
At this stage, it is worth noting that the running tally of your win/loss record will be taken into consideration over the course of the year – not reset with each fresh subscription.
Armed with your seven-day subscription, I suspect most of you will be wanting to dive on into the lobby. However, just before you do, I wanted to ensure that you were familiar with how everything was displayed.
On the main site, you will find quite a lot of scrollable information, bright backgrounds, and lots of helpful insights that ensure you know exactly how Thrillaroo works. Once registered and logged in, things take a slight turn; however, and you’re met with a much more familiar backdrop.
This instantly looks like any other gaming site that you will have come across before. The background is kept dark, but clean, allowing gaming thumbnails to be easily identified, and headers are used to help you filter through them. You can also switch between Thrill Mode and Chill Mode easily enough by clicking on the relevant button.
As we all know, you’ll need to purchase Thrill Tokens when your subscription is active, and this is achieved through the green Buy link in the top right-hand corner. You will also notice a running total of your current Tokens, as well as a burger menu that opens up access to other key sections of the site, including your WWG running total.
Would it have been nice to find a dedicated mobile app? Perhaps. But I have to say that the same great experience already detailed has transferred over to my mobile browser really well. As you would anticipate, the design and layout have changed slightly, but the same range of games, menus, and feel remains. Of course, it also means I save space on my mobile device without the need to make a download.
This fresh approach had me itching to get into the lobby. Here, I wouldn’t say I was disappointed, but I will be hoping for a few more titles to be added to the mix very soon.
As things stand, you will find just 80 online games ready and waiting, focused mainly around classic slots, jackpots, and one Keno game is thrown in for good measure. Personally, I was a fan of the latest addition, Dust & Diesel, but Atlantic City, Pinata Police, and Mega Burst Jackpot Hits are well worth checking out.
The lobby itself is neatly designed, and you don’t have to worry about overcrowding. There is also a brilliant favorites tab that allows you to quickly locate and load up your favorites next time you log in.
For complete clarity, I should also mention that games may be made in-house, but all outcomes are confirmed to be fair through the use of independently audited RNG software.
In this next section of my Thrillaroo review, I have focused on the online support. It is important to remember that Thrillaroo is still new to the scene, so the lack of live chat isn’t the biggest drawback for me just yet.
Fortunately, they are active across social media, and I found the email support team to be incredibly responsive. Not to mention that they are available around the clock.
Alongside, you will also find some interesting posts on Facebook and X, and a dedicated FAQ is available on-site. This help center is packed with clear answers to common questions, like how to find out if you’re eligible for the Win-Win Guarantee.
Once I had wrapped my head around this unique approach, the lights turned on, and Thrillaroo started to tick a lot of boxes.
Here, you can soon look to sign yourself up, make the most of a seven-day free trial, and get to grips with the latest Thrillaroo games using your Chill or Thrill Tokens. Should you decide to commit to a membership, you’ll find 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day bundles, with the latter working out the cheapest. Just bear in mind that any wins or reimbursements won’t land until after you have reached the end of your membership window.
The Thrillaroo gaming lobby is still in its relative infancy, but that doesn’t mean that you won’t encounter some top titles here. I have already discovered everything from classic online slots and jackpots to more strategy-based games, like Keno.
No. As things stand, you will not be able to access Thrillaroo through a mobile app. However, the site does transfer over to your mobile browser, and has been optimized to play just as smoothly.
You can look to walk away with cash at the end of your subscription. This can be achieved through reimbursement via the WWG model or through exchanged Thrill Token winnings.
