This is a valid question, especially if you visit the site and find a few real money terms being used. But it’s best I clear it upfront that no, TitanTreasure is by no means a real-money casino. It's a sweepstakes casino that adheres to the US rules on sweepstakes gaming by letting you play all its games using virtual currencies known as Fun Coins and Sweeps Coins. Each of these virtual currencies has its specific use. Let’s take a look at each.

• Fun Coins (FC): Fun Coins are very much like Gold Coins used on other sweepstakes casinos. They're strictly for fun play and can’t be redeemed for real-world rewards or exchanged for Sweeps Coins. You'll receive FC for free, and you can decide to make FC purchases if you want more than what the free bonuses offer.
• Sweeps Coins (SC): Sweeps Coins are the promotional virtual currency. They're also used to play all the games, but they have the added perk of being redeemable for real-life rewards like cash prizes. You first have to meet the 1x playthrough requirement and minimum SC balance, then verify your account before your Sweeps Coins can be redeemed. I'll take you through my SC redemption experience later in this TitanTreasure review. You can't ever purchase SC, though. They must be received for free.

Similar to what I found during my Sweepolis review, you'll receive both virtual currencies as bonuses. And there's a no-purchase-necessary policy in place. That means you don’t have to spend anything to play the games at TitanTreasure.

There's a TitanTreasure welcome bonus for newly registered players

When I joined this sweepstakes casino as a new player, I immediately searched for the sign-up bonus. It wasn’t automatically added to my account after registration, which I found a bit odd. Instead, I had to log in for the first time and check the Rewards tab to collect a free sign-up bonus of 500 Fun Coins, 1 Sweeps Coin, and 200 XP.
