6-0! That’s the record of the Clippers since Blake Griffin has returned from his injury. And on Sunday, he was looking as explosive as he did before his injury when he threw down 3 dunks on Mason Plumlee – including one which left Damian Lillard on the floor (offensive foul?)- and scored 19 points, grabbed 12 boards and dished out 6 assists in 32 minutes. He even got a steal and a rare block in the 20 point win over the Blazers.
“He was explosive,” Clippers coach Doc Rivers said of Griffin. “Blake got himself going through the flow of what we were doing. Today was the first day he had great timing.”
“If he plays like that, we’re a great team,” Teammate DeAndre Jordan added.
