Chris Brickley is known for training some of the NBA’s top stars and multiplatinum musical artists like Drake and J Cole with his company BlackOps Basketball. This year his Brickley Invitational for the nation’s top high school players (sophomores-seniors) took place in downtown Chicago. Brickley put the players through NBA-style workouts the morning before the big game. We caught the group featuring ’23 Matas Buzelis (Sunrise Christian) who’s committed to play next season for G League Ignite and Cooper Flagg (Montverde Academy) the ’25 Maine native who’s one of the top prospects in HS regardless of class. Also in this group is Worcester Academy 2-sport star TJ Power (’23 Duke basketball/baseball commit) and ’24 6’9 Jason Asemota from the Boston area. Wait til the end when a little dunk show broke out with Cooper Flagg and Matas Buzelis. Check out these highlights via @scottballislife on IG. Thanks to Chris Brickley and everyone Brickley Invitational including Milo, Luca, Grant and more.
