On Monday, 6 month old Jonylah Watkins was hit by 5 bullets meant for her father while he was changing her diaper in the front seat of his car. She sustained wounds in her lung, liver, leg, shoulder and intestine and was pronounced dead the next morning after hours of unsuccessful surgery while her father remains hospitalized from multiple gunshot wounds.
Chicago Bulls’ Derrick Rose, who has a baby less than a year old, heard about the tragedy that happened in Chicago and offered to pay for the funeral expenses.
