It's hard to hate on Wade.  Besides being a two time NBA Champion, he bought his mom a church, he gave inspirational speeches at churches during All-Star weekend in Houston when most players were partying, he wrote a book (A Father First - I suggest reading it) about being a father to his 2 kids and he has the Wade's World Foundation that promotes literacy and health via camps, scholarships and community service programs.

Last night at the BET Awards, he was acknowledged for his off the court efforts by winning the 2013 Humanitarian Award.
