Maybe this is where ex Nugget Renaldo Balkman gets his rage from.  Just days after seeing Balkman have an on the court meltdown where he pushes and chokes his own teammates,  George Karl had a similar meltdown against the TWolves after watching a Ricky Rubio flop.  Wilson Chandler, who happened to be a big reason why Balkman was traded, was Karl's victim as he was shoved out of the way by the Coach trying to get to a ref.

No choking happened on this night but if you are talking about Choking, Karl and the Nuggets you can't help but remember Coach Karl's 69 win Sonics losing to the 8th seed Nuggets in the first round of the 1994 playoffs.
