NBA athletes usually aren't good candidates for promoting an alcoholic beverage unless they are retired like Dr J selling Crown Royal or it's overseas like Shaq (Harbin) and T-Mac (Sedrin) selling Chinese beer.  Besides seeing a domestic pro basketball player in a Beer commercial, you also don't expect to get a warm emotional moment or feeling of inspiration from the genre that capitalizes on humor and sex but in this new Guinness commercial - featuring a group of friends playing basketball in wheelchairs - we do get that, along with a nice twist ending.
