JaVale McGee’s Best Game As A Warrior, Outscores Curry & KD While Playing Half The Minutes!?

Players in this post:
Steph Curry Kevin Durant

A lot of gamblers and daily fantasy players were cursing up a storm while watching the Warriors and Knicks game on Thursday night. For the Knicks, Melo and Rose sat while Porzingis failed to score 10 points. For the Warriors, in 16 minutes of action, JaVale McGee scored more points than Steph Curry, Kevin Durant and Draymond Green; His 17 points were even more than Curry and Green combined! If that wasn’t shocking enough, Curry, KD and Green all had 10+ boards while the 7 foot Shaqtin’ a Fool legend/hater only grabbed 2 boards!

For the Shaqtin’ fans hoping all these minutes in the odd game, which was won 103-90 by the Warriors, must have resulted in a Shaqtin’ a Fool worthy play, the best I can give you is the clip of JaVale refusing to let Klay Thompson not give him some dap.

Here’s the final stat lines for the “Big 4” that had people in Vegas shaking their heads.

  • JaVaaaaale McGee: 17 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assists, 1 block (8-10 fg, 1-3 ft)
  • Steph Curry: 8 points, 10 rebounds, 8 assists (3-14 fg, 2008 3pt)
  • Kevin Durant: 15 points, 14 rebounds, 8 assists, 2 blocks (7-18 fg, 1-6 3pt)
  • Draymond Green: 5 points, 11 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 blocks (2-12 fg, 1-5 3pt)

It’s not Shaqtin’ worthy but JaVale did wear Snaphchat spectacles during the post-game interview…
