In ridiculous legal news today, Durant is being sued by some unknown guitarist named Mark Durante from the 80s for "using" the Durantula nickname.

Mark Durante uses the (IMO horrible) nickname to market "music, recordings, apparel, t-shirts, guitars and related merchandise."

I would of thought being possibly confused with one of the premier NBA players that's playing in the NBA Finals to be a good thing for his business but apparently not.  I also find it funny that Durant is being sued when he's not actually "using it."  It was a nickname given to him by fans and he just accepts it.

I also think this is probably the least of KD's problems as he faces elimination against "The King."  I wonder if Elvis' camp has sent over a letter to LeBron's camp about his nickname.
