Kobe Bryant doesn't take 1-on-1 challenges lightly. He supposedly "cooked & roasted" T-Mac in a game of 1-0n-1 in Germany (T-Mac denies this), he doesn't mind playing against 2 year old, or slightly older kids, or telling other NBA players that it would be "easy money" if they played 1-on-1.
But what do you expect from the best 1-on-1 player ever. Yeah I said and he will tell you the same. Just check out this answer from a past ESPN interview.
Who would you most like to play one-on-one, either active or retired?
Jordan. No question.
What would happen?
Iām not sure, but he would win some and I would win some in a seven-game series. It would probably come down to the last few shots.
You versus LeBron? Who wins?
Me. No question. As far as one-on-one, Iām the best to ever do it.
This past week, the best to ever do it, faced off against his toughest competitor yet. A guy named Sami at his Santa Barbara basketball camp. The results were as expected.
As for playing MJ one-on-one. This past week a Kobe clone got to play MJ one-on-one and the results were as expected.
