Kyle Lowry Drops Career-High 43 & 1st NBA Game Winner vs the Cavs

“My first game winner in my illustrious 10-year career,” Said Lowry, who hasn’t made a game-winner since his college days.

I’m not sure what’s more shocking: Kyle Lowry’s 43 against the Cavs on Friday night is a career-high, his game-winning shot is the first of his career or LeBron’s airball at the buzzer?  I”m going to go with 43 being the All-Star guard’s career-high in scoring; His previous career-high was 41 back in December against the Warriors.

What makes his 43 vs Kyrie Irving and the Cavs even more impressive is how needed it was since team-leading scorer DeMar DeRozan was suffering from flu-like symptoms and finished with just 6 points on 1 of 11 shooting. As for Kyrie Irving, he finished with 10 points on 4 of 11 shooting without flu-like symptoms.
