LaMelo Ball STEALS Lonzo's Shine w/ CRAZY TRIPLE DOUBLE vs Kevin Love & Brandon Jennings' Old Team! It's a BBB Thing!

LaMelo Ball couldn't let Lonzo get all the shine so he went off for 36 points, 14 assists and 10 rebounds today in Big Baller's 101-94 victory over Kevin Love and Brandon Jennings' old AAU squad, SCA. Ball did his damage on only 18 field goal attempts (9-18) while making 6-of-9 3-pointers.

It's good to see Ball score that many points on efficient shooting because it will make him so much more dangerous as he matures and adds strength. He's not quite the prospect oldest brother Lonzo was entering his junior year of high school, but he's developing nicely on his own merits. Tonight's game also marked the return to the gym of his mother Tina, who suffered a stroke back in February. She hasn't been to any of her son's games until tonight.

CORRECTION: While James Harden might have played a tournament for SCA it was not considered his AAU team. Harden played for Pump N Run, which won the 2006 adidas Super 64. The Summer Tip-Off Tournament is hosted by that club, which was created by David and Dana Pump in the late 1980's.
