Kobe Bryant wasn’t the only popular Laker in Denver last night. A bunch, and I mean a BUNCH, of Wyoming fans showed up to cheer for Larry Nance Jr and he didn’t disappoint them. After taking pics and signing autographs before the game, Nance put up 10 points in 19 minutes including a poster on Joffrey Lauvergne.
“It was really cool,” Nance said about the meet and greet. “Wish I had more time, would’ve met all 980 people.”
980!? When asked who had more fans last night, him or Bryant, Nance joked, “Oh no, I had more fans. 90-10, 90 my way.”
Nance also thanked all of his fans via Twitter with this message.
A HUGE thank you to all the Wyoming fans that came down tonight! It meant more to me than you guys know! #ForeverACowboy #GoPokes #GoLakers
