Matt Barnes Still Wants To Fight Serge Ibaka, Ibaka Says "Yes, But After Winning a Championship"

Back in November of 2013, Matt Barnes got into a scuffle with Serge Ibaka after Ibaka got tangled up with Blake Griffin.  The scuffle led to an ejection for Barnes who went to the locker room and unwisely posted the above tweet during the game.  The Tweet cost him a few dollars and it seems as if time hasn't healed any bad feelings Barnes has for Ibaka.

During Tuesday's episode of "SportsNation," the new Grizzly told host Michelle Beadle how he still feels about Ibaka.

"Me and Serge could fight right now if he was here," Barnes said. "I just don't like him. He's always — he's got that aura about him that he's the toughest guy on the planet. He's not. You know, whether that's on the court or off the court."

When Ibaka heard about the challenge, he tweeted to UFC (jokingly) asking if they were interested in setting it up.

Later on that day, TMZ caught up with Ibaka and asked if he was serious. His response was yes but he would only fight "the comedian" after winning a championship....so, we might never see this fight.
