Overtime Elite is back. Well, in fact, it never went anywhere, it simply pivoted.

Rather than housing and educating athletes at its compound, OTE has still maintained its eight-team league with the gorgeous OTE Arena in Midtown Atlanta serving as home base.
Mainstays such as Dynamic Prep (Faze), Moravian Prep (YNG Dreamerz), and Calvary Christian (Fear of God) join new faces Southeastern Prep (RWE), CIA Bella Vista (City Reapers), Woodstock Academy, Christopher Columbus High School, and Coronado to fill out the franchises in the league. Scouts, players, fans, and coaches alike all got a glimpse of the 2026-27 campaign with the recent OTE Pro Day.
With well over 50 Division I coaches and NBA executives in attendance, the OTE Pro Day brought no shortage of competitiveness amongst the group. While playing for keeps in live games, the players were also cheering one another on during the drills because they wanted everyone to get their shine. The opportunity to showcase their stuff in front of NBA decision makers did not go unnoticed, either.
"I want to show people I am a true point guard. Even ESPN has me as a shooting guard right now, which I think is unbelievable," Christopher Columbus/Cold Hearts guard Tai Bell told Ballislife of what he was looking to prove at OTE. "I can kind of see why though, as I averaged 34 points a game at Mater Lakes. Now at Columbus, I am with real deal players and have to get everyone their food. I feel like this year is going to be my statement to show that I can play point at a high level."
We already took a deep dive into the seniors from the OTE Pro Day, so here's an examination of six underclassmen who caught our eye:
Tai Bell, 6’3, PG, Cold Hearts, 2028
The top underclassman that we saw at the OTE Pro Day was undoubtedly Bell, a gritty two way lead guard. The physical backcourt threat was outstanding using his strength on both ends, displayed an improved three point shot, and surprised some with his 38.5 inch vertical. Bell, son of NBA veteran guard Raja, brought his extremely competitive nature to both ends of the hardwood, showing the type of teammate that he will be at the next level to all of the college coaches and NBA scouts in attendance.
Checking out @OvertimeElite Pro Day in Atlanta. Some of the nation's top point guards in Beckham Black, Tai Bell, and Cayden Daughtry getting things jumped off in guard workouts in front of NBA scouts and D-1's alike. Lot of guys I am looking forward to seeing. pic.twitter.com/9e7dzHGe8y

Antoine Caughman Jr., 6’6, SF, Hellstar, 2028
Another junior who really helped himself, Caughman Jr. was a walking bucket in the three-on-three drills. With an ideal frame for a wing, the junior hit a number of effortless jumpers from the perimeter, showed immense confidence, and played through contact with his strong frame. The South Carolina native did everything in his power to lock up five-star status in the junior class with his play in front of NBA scouts in Atlanta.
Kyle Amadi, 6’4, SG, Diamond Doves, 2028
The winner of the OTE Dream Tryout is an incredibly driven player, as seen with his play in front of NBA executives at the OTE Pro Day. Amadi guarded either backcourt spot, got to the rim with his explosive first step, and was in attack mode any time that he had the rock. Coming off of a monster performance at the Strictly Bball 3x3 Nationals, Amadi looks to continue to fulfill his dream with the Diamond Doves.
Bryson Campbell, 6’0, PG, YNG Dreamerz, 2028
A player I hadn’t seen prior to the event, Campbell showed that he belonged at the OTE Pro Day. The lead guard showed off his big time scoring ability with his deep three-point range, created separation for himself off of the dribble, and knew how to get to his sweet spots. As Campbell continues to learn how to score more with limited dribbles, he will see his recruitment reach new heights because his playmaking ability off the bounce is evident.
Anthony Goring, 6’9, C, Fear of God, 2028
A big man who is just scratching the surface of his potential, Goring showed his raw talent at the OTE Pro Day. The junior has a massive frame, 7’0 wingspan, and is an elite at controlling his area as a rebounder. Already holding a number of mid-major offers, Goring certainly has the potential to eventually reach the elite level.
Zack Dawson, 5’10, PG, Hellstar, 2028
The definition of heart over height, Dawson proved that he could get it done at OTE Pro Day despite being its smallest player. The shifty playmaker had a freakish 39.5 inch vertical and had the best three-quarter court sprint time while shooting the ball well from the perimeter, and being able to get into the paint whenever he wanted. Having already won a state title in Florida and having produced at the 17U level with Tre Mann Elite, Dawson looks to prove the doubters wrong in OTE.
