New Balance P32 Dallas: Top 2027 Prospects

The NCAA spring live period is officially here.  With the NCAA putting in even more restrictions to hinder high school players, D-1 coaches were only permitted to come out one weekend the entire spring to watch players on the travel ball circuit. As a result, teams are filling out their rosters through the transfer portal while a plethora of talented, unsigned seniors remain available. That should change nationally after this weekend, and we took in the best that New Balance had to offer in their P32 League.

Held at the gorgeous Children's Health StarCenter Northlake in Dallas, the P32 brought all of its finest AAU teams and also hosted the Revorecruit JUCO Showcase as part of the P32 experience. Former NBA Champion/McDonald's All American Quinn Cook was in the building supporting DC Assault, while NBA champ Marreese Speights coached Team Speights. Jeff McInnis ran the show for Team Charlotte, and NBA all-stars Jamal Murray and Darius Garland were on the bench with their respective teams. Over 100 D-1 programs were in the building throughout the weekend, and no shortage of scholarships were earned.

Having already examined Marquis Newson, Sekohu Cisse, Brock Bonner, and Deuce Hunt, here are the top 2027 performers that we saw from the New Balance P32 live session in Dallas:

Gassim Toure, 6'4, SG, Gateway Knights 17U, 2027

While he didn't have his best shooting weekend, Gassim Toure still showed the talent that made him a high-major priority.  The two-way guard put immense pressure on the rock defensively and utilized his explosive first step to get to the rack. Furthermore, Toure played at the rim at every opportunity.  Toure's play in Dallas earned him an offer from Missouri, adding to the countless Power 4 suitors vying for his services.

Jahmai Drayton, 6'11, C, DC Assault 17U, 2027

One of the more high-upside bigs at the event, Jahmai Drayton, showed the natural talent that has made him one of the more talked-about players in P32. Additionally, the remarkably fluid big man was outstanding running the floor, provided a shot-blocking presence at the rim, and showed great touch from mid-range. The late bloomer has been one of the hottest names in P32.

Achilles Reyna, 6'7, PF, Perseverance 17U, 2027

Making the late transition into becoming a high major football recruit, Achilles Reyna has been a hooper first, and it showed at P32. The powerfully built forward showed off his explosiveness at the rim, was a constant lob threat, and rebounded the ball outside of his area.  While he has already taken official visits to Power Four football programs, Reyna will certainly have the opportunity to play serious D1 basketball due to his motor and athleticism.

Tristan Franklin, 6'5, SG, Team Breakdown DMV 17U, 2027

Playing for one of the more gritty teams in P32, Tristan Franklin brought all the intangibles that the hard-nosed Gillon brothers have instilled over the past 20 years with Team Breakdown. He shot the ball well with his feet set, utilized his length to guard multiple spots on the perimeter, and brought the toughness you look for out of a 3-and-D wing.  Franklin holds D1 offers but will be adding plenty more as the P32 season progresses.

De'Cori Fleming, 6'4, SG, SKG Legacy 17U, 2027

One of the better pure scorers in P32, De'Cori Fleming, produced at a high rate throughout the weekend for the Southern Kings. The shot-making guard can score from all three levels within the flow of the offense and is the type of guy that you don't need to run plays for. Having already won a state title and been named Georgia Region 4AA Player of the Year, Fleming's consistency makes him an immediate asset to any program he lands at.

Will Foulk, 6'1, PG, Gateway Knights 17U, 2027

The MVP of the Memphis P32 session, Will Foulk, is as solid a lead guard as you'll find in the P32. Foulk is an unselfish guard who plays at his own pace, has a deep 3-point range, and has an outstanding touch as a finisher in the paint. The state-champion lead guard holds D-1 offers already and will bring a winning mentality to his next stop at the collegiate level.
