Continuing our coverage of the 2026 Pangos fall events, Ronnie Flores, Ani Umana, and myself made the journey to Dallas to take in Dinos Trigonis' Pangos All South Frosh/Soph Camp. Held at the gorgeous Duncanville Fieldhouse, the Frosh/Soph brought nearly 200 players together from all over the South with no shortage of size and length. In fact, there were 19 prospects standing 6-foot-7 or above at the camp,

NBA all-stars De'Arron Fox, Cade Cunningham, Tyrese Maxey, and Trae Young all rocked jerseys and fellow $100 million players Derrick Favors, Anthony Black, and Keyonte George also showcased their talents at the All South Frosh/Soph. What makes this event more unique than many of the other stops is that you see names constantly emerge to stardom, whereas you see a lot more known commodities at some of the other stops.
With size being at a premium, here's a look at six players with elite size who stood out at the 2026 Pangos All South Frosh/Soph Camp ...
Texas Tech has offered ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ F Felix Okam, per @Ani_Umana ⬛️🟥

Felix Okam, 6'9, PF/C, Grand Prairie (TX) HS, 2029
Arguably the best defensive player in the class of 2029, Okam showed considerable improvement on the other side of the rock, leading to being named the overall camp MVP at Pangos All South Frosh/Soph. The incredibly long (7-foot-7 wingspan) sophomore showed really nice touch on his push shot, can finish at the rim with either hand, and displayed far more confidence shooting the ball facing up. While his defense (both on or off the ball) will undoubtedly be his calling card, the consensus five star prospect has the potential to hit top ten status as he develops offensively.
Malik Rose, 6'8, PF, Oak Cliff Faith Family (TX), 2029
A player I had heard tons about but had yet to see, Rose lived up to his billing as an incredibly intriguing young big man. The super long forward has the ideal physical makeup that you look for out of a young post presence, made a number of tough catches in the paint, and had no problem converting over the top of people in traffic. Given that I only had a small sample size, Rose is definitely one I will be monitoring in the EYBL Scholastic at Oak Cliff Faith Family.

Toby Ramarontsoa, 6'7, SF, New Wave Academy (TX), 2029
One of the higher upside wings that the events had to offer, Ramarontsoa didn't let the four-inch growth spurt that he's had in the past year hold him back one bit. The two-way wing was a creative finisher in transition, proved reliable shooting from the three-point line, and has the ability to defend multiple positions on the floor en route to earning Co-MVP of the Top 60 game. Running with JL3 in the Nike EYBL, Ramarontsoa will have the opportunity to learn from plenty from a staff that has substantial NBA experience.
Jonathan Anderson, 6'6, SF/PF, Plano (TX) West, 2029
A physical beast, Anderson brought an incredible amount of activity on both ends of the hardwood at Pangos All South. The gritty forward utilized his incredibly powerful leaping ability, defended virtually every position for short spurts, and was incredibly productive from either forward spot. Built like a high-level football player, Anderson will have no shortage of options at the college level.
C/O 2029 | 6’7 225 | McKinney Christian | Rayden Hendrix

Rayden Hendrix, 6'8, PF/C, McKinney Christian (TX), 2029
Coming off of an outstanding performance at Adam Shoulders' Crossroads Elite Invitational, Hendrix carried that momentum over to Pangos. The sturdy forward had no problem using his broad shoulders to finish through contact, rebounded the ball outside of his area, and even stepped out to hit a few three-pointers. Having already won a state title at McKinney Christian, Hendrix shined enough at All South to take home Co-MVP of the Top 60 Cream of The Crop game.
Damion Hailey, 6'9, PF/C Mt. Pleasant (TX) HS, 2030
One of the younger players in the event, Hailey immediately showed that he belonged with the older competition at Pangos All South. The long-armed big was every bit of his 6-foot-9 height, produced at a rate unlike most that have not played a varsity basketball game, and was able to hold his own in the paint physically. While there is plenty of room for development, the tools are certainly there for Hailey to develop into a serious prospect.
