On Wednesday night in Dallas, the Atlanta Dream won 82-81. The Phoenix Mercury beat the Golden State Valkyries 91-89 in the only other game on the schedule. These WNBA power rankings run through both.
Seven games have been played since the All-Star Game at the United Center in Chicago. Five came on Tuesday, when the Minnesota Lynx, Las Vegas Aces, Indiana Fever, New York Liberty, and Washington Mystics all won. Three more are on Thursday's schedule.
WNBA Power Rankings: All 15 Teams
1. Minnesota Lynx
Minnesota is 23-6 and the only team in the league past 20 wins. The Lynx swept a two-game set in Seattle on July 20 and July 22, winning 105-102 and 86-76. The Toronto Tempo came into Minneapolis on Tuesday and led 28-25 after the first quarter. Minnesota outscored them 28-15 in the second and won 100-93.
Olivia Miles scored 24 points, grabbed 6 rebounds, and handed out 8 assists on 9-of-17 shooting. The second overall pick in the 2026 draft made 4-of-5 from 3-point range. Kayla McBride scored 18 on 6-of-10. Napheesa Collier scored 15 and pulled down 6 rebounds. Minnesota shot 51.4% and went 14-of-25 from behind the arc. The Lynx are in Toronto on Thursday.
2. Las Vegas Aces
A'ja Wilson scored 28 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in Tuesday's 98-83 win over the Portland Fire, going 7-of-10 from the field and 13-of-14 at the line. Jackie Young erupted for 25 on 9-of-14. Chelsea Gray scored 17 and handed out 7 assists. Las Vegas led 36-21 after the first quarter and outscored Portland 44-34 in the paint.
The Aces are 19-8. They won 109-83 in Toronto on July 20 and lost 100-99 at Washington two nights later. New York visits Thursday.
3. Golden State Valkyries
Golden State led Phoenix by 13 on Wednesday and lost. The Valkyries committed 34 fouls, sent the Mercury to the line 43 times, and lost two players to disqualification. Cecilia Zandalasini scored 16 on 6-of-17. Veronica Burton scored 15 and handed out 5 assists. Janelle Salaün scored 13 and made 7-of-8 at the line. Kaila Charles scored 10 and grabbed 10 rebounds. Golden State's bench scored 40.
The Valkyries are 19-9 in their second season. They split a two-game home set with Washington before the break, winning 74-69 on July 18 and losing 90-82 on July 20. Salaün scored 19 in the first round of Friday's 3-Point Contest. Toronto visits Golden State on Sunday.
4. Indiana Fever
Indiana is 18-10 and first in the Eastern Conference. The Fever beat the Connecticut Sun 123-88 on July 22, then led the Seattle Storm 37-20 after the first quarter on Tuesday and won 105-95.
Caitlin Clark scored 32 points in that game with 4 rebounds and 7 assists. She shot 9-of-14 from the field, 4-of-7 from 3-point range, and 10-of-10 at the line. Kelsey Mitchell scored 28 on 9-of-18. Monique Billings scored 14 and grabbed 11 rebounds. Indiana shot 51.6% and made every one of its 26 free throws. The Fever are in Portland on Friday.

5. Atlanta Dream
Atlanta trailed by 15 in Dallas on Wednesday and scored 30 points in the fourth quarter. Allisha Gray scored 25 on 8-of-13 shooting and made all 9 of her free throws. Angel Reese scored 22 and grabbed 12 rebounds with 4 assists and 4 steals. Brionna Jones scored 11 with 7 rebounds and 3 blocks. Jordin Canada handed out 8 assists and turned it over 7 times. The Dream shot 1-of-16 from 3-point range and scored 58 points in the paint.
Ten days earlier, Atlanta led the Chicago Sky by 22 and held on 93-91. Gray scored 29 in that one. Rhyne Howard scored 11 and added 6 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3 blocks.
Atlanta is 17-10. Seattle visits on Friday.
6. Dallas Wings
Arike Ogunbowale scored 24 points on Wednesday with 6 rebounds, 5 assists, and 4 steals on 9-of-16 shooting. Azzi Fudd scored 20 on 9-of-13 and made both her 3-point attempts. Jessica Shepard scored 16 and grabbed 14 rebounds. Paige Bueckers scored 16 with 6 assists and 5 turnovers. Dallas led by 15, got outscored 30-17 in the fourth quarter, and lost. The bench scored 1 point.
Fudd scored 30 points in the championship round of Friday's 3-Point Contest and became the first rookie to win it. Through 26 games, the first overall pick in the 2026 draft is averaging 13.2 points and shooting 38.7% from 3-point range with 53 made threes. Shepard is averaging 14.6 points, 11.5 rebounds, and 5.3 assists on 58.9% shooting.
Wings coach Jose Fernandez's team is 18-10. Washington hosts Dallas on Friday.
7. New York Liberty
New York won its last three games by a combined 6 points. The Liberty beat Dallas 99-98 on July 20, Chicago 95-94 on July 22, and the Los Angeles Sparks 113-109 on Tuesday.
Breanna Stewart scored 29 points against the Sparks with 4 rebounds and 7 assists, adding 4 steals and 3 blocks on 11-of-19 shooting. Sabrina Ionescu scored 27 with 7 rebounds and 6 assists and made 5-of-9 from 3-point range. Rebekah Gardner scored 15 off the bench on 5-of-6. The bench scored 41 in all. New York shot 58.6% and made 17-of-32 from behind the arc.
The Liberty are 16-12. They play at Las Vegas on Thursday.
8. Washington Mystics
Kiki Iriafen scored 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in Tuesday's 92-84 win over Connecticut. Sonia Citron scored 22 on 6-of-9 shooting and 8-of-9 at the line. Shakira Austin scored 17 and grabbed 6 rebounds. Washington outrebounded the Sun 52-42 and went 28-of-33 from the line.
The Mystics have won three straight. They won 90-82 at Golden State on July 20, with Iriafen scoring 23 and grabbing 12 rebounds and Austin finishing with 15 points and 15 rebounds, then beat Las Vegas 100-99 on July 22.
Washington is 15-12. Dallas visits Friday.
9. Phoenix Mercury
Phoenix was outscored 28-13 in the second quarter on Wednesday and trailed by 13. The Mercury outscored Golden State 31-23 in the fourth and went 32-of-43 from the line.
Kahleah Copper scored 27 points on 9-of-14 shooting. Alyssa Thomas scored 25 with 9 rebounds and 8 assists on 10-of-14. DeWanna Bonner scored 17 and grabbed 10 rebounds, adding 3 blocks and going 9-of-12 at the line. Valériane Ayayi scored 10 with 7 rebounds.
Phoenix has won three straight and is 11-18. The Mercury beat Connecticut 72-63 on July 19 and Los Angeles 86-82 on July 22. New York visits Phoenix on Saturday.
10. Portland Fire
Portland is 11-17 in its expansion season. The Fire lost 101-97 to Dallas on July 22 and 98-83 at Las Vegas on Tuesday. Megan DiLeo scored 20 points and grabbed 6 rebounds against the Aces on 8-of-13 shooting. Frieda Buhner scored 16 and made all 8 of her free throws. Emily Engstler grabbed 10 rebounds. Bridget Carleton scored 13 on 4-of-15. Carleton had led the first round of Friday's 3-Point Contest with 27 points before finishing the final at 19. Indiana comes to Portland on Friday.
11. Toronto Tempo
Marina Mabrey scored 25 points in Minneapolis on Tuesday with 8 rebounds and 6 assists, going 8-of-8 at the line. Maria Conde scored 20 and grabbed 10 rebounds. Laura Juskaite scored 18. Julie Allemand handed out 7 assists. Toronto shot 45.2% and turned it over 17 times in the 100-93 loss.
The Tempo are 10-17 in their expansion season. They lost 109-83 at home to Las Vegas on July 20. Minnesota comes to Toronto on Thursday.

12. Los Angeles Sparks
Los Angeles shot 60.3% from the field on Tuesday, handed out 35 assists, and lost 113-109 to New York. Rae Burrell scored 24 on 10-of-17 with 4-of-8 from 3-point range. Nneka Ogwumike scored 21 with 4 rebounds and 9 assists on 9-of-12 shooting. Erica Wheeler scored 17 and handed out 9 assists. Ariel Atkins scored 16. Cameron Brink scored 11 and grabbed 6 rebounds.
The Sparks are 10-17. They lost 90-82 in Dallas on July 19 and 86-82 to Phoenix on July 22. Portland hosts Los Angeles on Sunday.
13. Chicago Sky
Chicago trailed Atlanta by 22 on July 19, outscored the Dream 27-13 in the third quarter, and lost 93-91. Three nights later, the Sky lost 95-94 in New York. Azura Stevens scored 20 with 9 rebounds against Atlanta. Sydney Taylor scored 18 on 7-of-16. Kamilla Cardoso scored 15. Courtney Vandersloot scored 11 and handed out 6 assists. Chicago is 9-18 and has not played since the break. Connecticut visits Thursday.
14. Connecticut Sun
Aneesah Morrow scored 21 points in Washington on Tuesday on 8-of-16 shooting with 4-of-7 from 3-point range. Olivia Nelson-Ododa scored 16 with 6 rebounds and 3 blocks. Charlisse Leger-Walker handed out 8 assists. Connecticut led 33-26 after the first quarter, scored 10 points in the third, and lost 92-84.
The Sun are 7-21. They lost 72-63 at Phoenix on July 19 and 123-88 at Indiana on July 22. Connecticut is in Chicago on Thursday.
15. Seattle Storm
Seattle is 6-24, the worst record in the league. The Storm lost both ends of a home set against Minnesota on July 20 and July 22, 105-102 and 86-76, then lost 105-95 to Indiana on Tuesday. The Fever led 37-20 after the first quarter.
Natisha Hiedeman scored 33 points on 11-of-20 shooting in that game, making 6-of-10 from 3-point range. Flau'jae Johnson scored 16 and went 8-of-9 at the line. Seattle grabbed 16 offensive rebounds. Hiedeman scored 17 in the first round of Friday's 3-Point Contest. The Storm are in Atlanta on Friday.
