The Open Court crew played a game of “LeBron James reminds me of” and the answers were pretty interesting.

• Isiah Thomas picked…. (Super) John Williams!?
• Steve Kerr picked Scottie Pippen
• Grant Hill picked a mixture of himself, Steve Smith and Karl Malone

If I was lucky enough to be replacing Brent Barry on the panel I would have said a mixture of Penny Hardaway (speed + offensive moves + passing + ball handling) and Karl Malone (body + strength).  Most people would replace Penny with Magic Johnson but as a 25 year Lakers fan, LeBron doesn’t remind me of Magic at all.
