I’ve been trading on Webull for some years now, mostly stocks and options. When I heard the brand launched prediction markets, I didn’t waste time checking them out. Now, I’m here to share my Webull review of the product.
Like other prediction markets I’ve tested, Webull works with Yes/No event contracts. The site partners with Kalshi, which is one of the biggest names in the industry in the US. In my review, I assessed Webull markets, payment methods, interface, customer service, and other important aspects. Continue reading as I detail everything I found.
Webull is a trading site, and you may know it for stocks, ETFs, and options. In 2025, the brand announced a partnership with Kalshi to offer prediction markets.
In the Webull prediction market section, I didn’t buy shares in companies. Instead, I traded binary event contracts, which are basically Yes and No positions of whether a real-world outcome will happen. It’s similar to what I encountered in my Coinbase review earlier.
Event contract prices are between $0.01 and $0.99, and you can treat them as probabilities. That means $0.50, for example, indicates the market believes there is a 50% likelihood of the outcome happening. Webull doesn’t set the prices, as they’re based on market activity. If you buy a contract, it pays out $1 if your prediction is right and $0 if it’s wrong.
Yes, it is. Webull offers a safe, secure, and reputable predictions trading platform. And while the predictions trading product is new, the brand's reputation as a trading platform precedes it. Webull has a spotless track record going back years.
The event contracts listed at Webull are provided by Kalshi, a reputable predictions market platform that is regulated by the CFTC. From my checks, Webull Futures LLC is also regulated by the CFTC.
On Webull, I found four main prediction market categories: sports, crypto, economics, and culture. The brand places index event contracts in a separate section, but I classify them under economics. Other niches, such as politics and climate, are also covered, but I’ll focus on the four main markets here.
Check out my experience with the different prediction markets on Webull below:
I wasn’t surprised to see sports event contracts among the trending options on Webull, including basketball, football, baseball, tennis, and soccer. That means you can predict outcomes in the NBA, NFL, MLB, and other popular leagues. If you join Webull, you can trade single-game contracts like the game winner, spreads, and totals. Besides those, I also tried the futures contracts, specifically predicting the NBA Championship winner and NFL MVP. During my Sleeper Markets review, I spotted similar options. Webull impressed me by supporting combos, which let you combine multiple contracts into one trade. All predictions in the combo must be correct to receive payouts. Live sports predictions trading is also active on Webull, meaning you can buy or sell event contracts as games are ongoing.
Index-related events are the leading economic contracts on Webull. The options let you trade outcomes on major stock indices, like NASDAQ 100 and S&P 500. You can access them in a separate category, away from other economic predictions. During my review, I traded more in short-term markets with hourly event contracts. It’s as simple as picking whether the price of an index will go above or below a particular figure at a set period. For other economic events, Webull mainly lists contracts on Fed decisions and US data. I saw predictions on Fed rate hikes, cuts, and holds in the market, some with a duration of over a year. GDP growth, inflation, and similar economic indicators are also available.
Switching to crypto on Webull, the event contracts largely center on price movements. Bitcoin and Ethereum are the two leading digital currencies, which was just as I expected. Most of the predictions are hourly, so you’ll be speculating on BTC or ETH’s volatility in a 60-minute span. In my Webull tests, I purchased Yes contracts for the event: Bitcoin Above or Below? The Above/Below format is regularly on the app, but you can also predict the exact cryptocurrency price at a given time. An example is: Ethereum price today at 9 AM EDT? I must say, these price-related crypto events are pretty common on US prediction market sites. Consider my Moomoo review, for instance, where I bought similar contracts for BTC’s hourly price.
From my observations, culture isn’t much of a popular category on Webull. Still, the options in this section are cool for trading. Among them, you’ll find outcomes relating to movies, music, celebrities, award shows, and more. If you follow social and viral happenings closely as I do, the culture events can be simple to predict.
Webull didn’t complicate its prediction market hub design. If you’ve used the site to trade anything before, you’ll find the interface for buying and selling event contracts simple.
The design is uncluttered, with multiple colors showing the event probabilities, market movements, Yes/No prices, and other features. Also, the neat arrangement of contracts by category makes finding options to trade fast. However, there’s a serious limitation.
If you use Webull on a desktop, you can only trade hourly index and crypto event contracts. The full range of prediction markets is only accessible in the mobile app.
The Webull app is available for iOS and Android in official app stores. I installed both versions on my smartphones and saw that they have similar designs and features. Throughout my tests, I didn’t notice a major difference.
Using the app is convenient, as it feels much lighter than the website. From my settings, I changed the display between light and dark mode as I preferred. The bottom menu with Markets and Account buttons allows easy switching between event contracts and the cashier section.
Since Webull operates nationwide, payment methods often vary by location. That said, I saw debit cards, ACH transfers, and some digital wallets among the deposit options. The app allows prediction market trading with as low as $1, so you don’t have to fund your account with a huge amount to get started.
For each contract I executed, I paid a $0.02 fee. Webull takes a $0.01 commission, and the other $0.01 goes to Kalshi, the provider. If you ask me, the trading fees are minimal and similar to what other US prediction market sites charge.
Webull’s payout methods are similar to those used for deposits. I use debit cards for most withdrawals on the app because the turnaround time is 0 to 30 minutes. However, the option comes with a 1.75% fee. If you use ACH, no native fees apply, but the funds will take 2 to 3 business days to arrive. For payout limits, they vary depending on the payment methods you select.
Promotions are one area where Webull fell short in my ratings. On the website and app, I didn’t see specific bonuses for trading in prediction markets. Likewise, there’s no promo code.
For comparison, I claimed a $200 welcome bonus for trading $5+ in my DraftKings Predict review. The reward was credited as Predictions Dollars, which I only had to use to buy contracts once. Several other US prediction market brands also have sign-up promos.
I believe a Webull bonus for predictions trading may show up in the long run, so you should keep an eye on updates if you register. In the meantime, you can check the referral program with rewards for inviting other traders.
Phone and email are the two channels for contacting Webull regarding prediction markets. I didn’t get access to a live chat option, which is a notable drawback, but the phone option still offers real-time support.
I called Webull a few times and received responses from the brand’s agents within seconds or minutes. That said, note that the phone line is only open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
The email option is my go-to whenever there’s a technical issue that requires proper documentation. That rarely happens, though. If you ever need to use email, expect feedback in less than 24 hours.
Based on my review, there’s plenty to appreciate on Webull. The site scores high in my ratings for offering sports, economics, crypto, and culture prediction markets. Also, the separate index category offers a unique hourly contract pattern that not many alternatives have.
Webull doesn’t perform well in terms of promos, as there’s no precise bonus for prediction markets. That said, I’m looking forward to the site launching one. Even without bonus offers yet, I can still recommend Webull for prediction markets in the US. To sign up and start trading today, click the banners on this page to visit Webull.
Yes, Webull offers prediction markets. On the trading app, you can buy and sell contracts on sports, indices, crypto, culture, economics events, and more.
Webull withdrawals take from under 30 minutes to up to three business days. It depends on the payment method you’re using.
Webull started prediction markets in 2025. The platform confirmed its partnership with Kalshi in February that year and launched the event contracts soon after.
