NYC's top player Rawle Alkins came into Chicago with his Christ the King team and put on a show! The 6'4 17 year old, Brooklyn native Alkins scored 28 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals on 11-16 shooting in just 22 minutes of a blowout win over Chicago St Rita including a 4-point play. His teammate Tyrone Cohen added 22 points. See why some are calling New York City's King of High School Basketball (just a junior), Baby Lebron!
Alkins' offers include Florida, Kansas, Louisville, Providence, Minnesota, Miami, Villanova, Indiana, NC State, South Florida Seton Hall, Fordham, George Mason, Cincinnati, Rutgers and Hofstra.
Check out these highlights from Christ the King's first game of the season: Chicago Elite Classic at UIC where Chicago's top teams face the nation's top high school teams.
