It’s been nearly 6 years since Nike introduced the first editions of the iconic Nike Air Mag, popular for its automatic lacing system and cameos in Back to the Future. Back in Spring, Nike also announced their new technology in the HyperAdapt. Which offered a fully automatic lacing system. That practically paved the way for the Air Mag to make it’s official debut to the public.
Nike CEO Mark Park made the announcement today that anybody will be able to get a pair of their own. Once again partnering up with the Michael J. Fox Foundation, the process of obtaining a pair of Air Mags will take place via digital draw process. Tickets will be a $10 donation to the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Luckily there are no limits as to how many tickets you can buy. The more tickets you buy, the greater the chances you have at winning a pair. And on top of that, if you buy a sh*t load of tickets, you’ll be donating to aid in the fight against Parkinson’s disease, plus the possibility of owning pair of Air Mags. Win win right?
If you really want a chance at winning a pair head over to nike.com/mag to start purchasing tickets for the digital raffle.
