The ‘Dear Kobe’ video by the 76ers was touching. The warm welcome from the Philly crowd as Kobe made his final homecoming visit to the city of brotherly love was lovely. Watching Kobe make 3 straight 3-pointers in the first 90 seconds of the game was vintage awesomeness. But what Kobe did in the 2nd through 4th quarter was as bad as the 76ers record coming into the game. I take it back, 7 points on 2 of 16 from the field and 2 of 4 from the line isn’t as bad as a 0-17 record.
But watching Kobe average more than 20 shot attempts a game while shooting less than 30% is as painful as watching the 76ers.
