Trae Young Claims No. 1 Point Guard Spot at Peach Jam Finals! Raw Footage

Trae Young is the closest thing to Steph Curry currently in high school hoops. The Oklahoma native made his case last weekend for the no. 1 Point Guard prospect in the class of 2017. Leading his Mokan Elite team to the Nike Peach Jam Title, Young displayed his deep 3 pt. range, flashy passing skills, and overall leadership. Through 8 games in the Peach Jam, Young averaged 27 PPG & 7.3 APG all while shooting over 50% from the field. After his championship performance against Quade Green and the PSA Cardinals, there was no question who the no. 1 point guard was for 2017. Behind a 28 point performance from Young and another 20-plus from teammate Michael Porter, MOKAN was able to capture the Peach Jam finals. Young currently lists offers from all the "Top Dogs" including UK, KU, Texas, OU, and Duke among others. Check out these highlights from Peach Jam week and see why Trae Young is the no. 1 point guard in the Class of 2017.
