Troy Williams is a Jordan Brand All-American from the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and played three years at Phoebus High School before finishing up his senior year at Oak Hill Academy. Along with his high school ball, Williams spend his summers on Nike's EYBL circuit playing for Boo Williams Sports Club.
