DeMatha Basketball In-Season Strength Workout #2 (2011)

Here is another brief in-season strength workout we did before a practice in late November. The goal was to work the entire body through all three planes of motion and put an emphasis on the ankles/feet. Whenever we strength train before practice, we are careful not to induce much overall fatigue so they can still compete at a high level. We prefer quality over quantity.
