Check out these insane highlights from the Phase One Hoops Top 40 Camp/Combine Powered by Under Armour. The first annual Top 40 combine powered by Under Armour was held at the Tarkanian Basketball Academy in Las Vegas NV. Top Players from all over the nation came out to showcase there skills. Anthony Brown of the LV Prospect put together this amazing event that brought out some of the best talent in high school basketball. A few players that stood out through out the camp were Marcus Lovett Jr. (San Gabriel Academy), Chase Jeter (Findlay Prep) freshman sensation Troy Brown and Nick Blair.
