Markese Jacobs is an ultra-athletic guard from Chicago, IL. The Kansas Jayhawks commit transferred briefly to Hillcrest Prep School in Arizona but has now returned to Chicago Uplift (his original high school). Jacobs and his fellow Uplift Titans opened their season at Washington, Illinois' Tournament of Champions.
Coming off the bench, Jacobs easily scored 20 points. He showed flashes of his athleticism but did most of his scoring from the line.
Teammate Toraze Dobbs added 28 points in Uplift's 84-73 win over Montgomery Carver.
