Perspectives-Calumet kept it close for the first quarter with Simeon up just 18-15. In the third quarter, Simeon (2-time defending Illinois State Champs) went on a 22-2 run to secure the home victory. In just 21 minutes of playing time, Jabari Parker (Class of 2013) set a new Simeon school scoring record for most points in a game with 40. He also finished with 16 rebounds and 6 blocks.
