Here is Michael Hueitt Jr., a junior shooting guard at High Point Christian Academy. Hueitt Jr. has long been known around the state as one of the deadliest shooters beyong the arc, but that reputation was solidified in last month's City of Palms and HSOT Holiday Inviational Tounrnament. During the City of Palms, Hueitt was able to surpass 1,000 points in his career. To go along with that milestone, Hueitt Jr. followed it up as the Tournament MVP at the HSOT Holiday Invitational, going off for 7 threes in one game. Whether they were step-backs, catch and shoot, or fading away in a defender's face, Hueitt's three always seemed to find the bottom of the net. The following highlights are a compilation of the first-half of the season for Hueitt along with open gym sessions with the team.
