The domestic three-on-three league co-founded by Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart rounded out the roster for its upcoming second season on Thursday, announcing that teenage sensation Dominique Malonga, fresh off her WNBA debut with the Seattle Storm, would be joined by Rebecca Allen and Aari McDonald.

Malonga is the undeniable headliner of the list as the second overall pick of the most recent WNBA Draft. Having previously represented France’s national team during their silver medal run at the last Olympics in Paris, Malonga ended her first WNBA campaign on a high note.

Having found an on-floor rhythm after the All-Star break, Malonga averaged 11.4 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks. Those rejections led all WNBA rookies in the second half of the season, and she was in the top five among freshmen in the other categories.

Malonga also had a pair of double-doubles during the Storm’s three-game playoff cameo, which saw them give the eventual champion Las Vegas Aces all they could handle in the opening round.

Rebecca Allen is Unrivaled!

Joining Malonga for the journey will be fellow Unrivaled newcomers Allen and McDonald, who respectively repped the Chicago Sky and Indiana Fever last season.

Allen will be one of the more experienced names on the Unrivaled circuit, having completed her 10th WNBA tour— her first with Chicago after stints with the New York Liberty, Connecticut Sun, and Phoenix Mercury.

Known for her tenacious defense and athletic length, which has earned her the nickname ‘Spida’, Allen will be joined by Chicago teammate Rachel Banham. Allen is also well-regarded on the international level, having played with Australia’s national club (though an injury kept her out of their summer Olympic bronze run) and is set to represent renowned Turkish club Fenerbahce this time around.

Aari McDonald is Unrivaled!

Rounding things out will be McDonald, a heroine of Arizona’s unexpected run to the 2021 NCAA Women’s Basketball championship game. McDonald went third in the ensuing draft, but frequent medical interruptions, such as a foot injury that ended her 2025 tour in early August, have stalled her professional progress on the domestic level.

The former Wildcat, who has also repped the Atlanta Dream and Los Angeles Sparks, has flashed a bit more potential on the international level, notably leading Australia’s WNBL in scoring during the 2023-24 campaign, following in the footsteps of Sandy Brondello, Lauren Jackson, and Liz Cambage. McDonald’s most recent international experience came with the Beijing Great Wall in China.

Thursday was a busy day on the Unrivaled transaction log, as the league also announced that previous entrant DiJonai Carrington would be unable to compete in the second season as she recovers from a foot injury she sustained during the 2025 postseason. The current ledger features 48 women who will be distributed to the league’s eight teams, as two more join the six that made up last year’s leaderboard.

The 2026 Unrivaled season will top off on Jan. 5 in Miami.
