Chicago High School Basketball never stops! Chicago Public Schools are closed. All classes are held remote. Football isn't happening. But the city's top basketball prospects are still in the gym.

The city's top ranked players faced off at Hi IQ Basketball Academy Fall League. Class of 2022 Andre Casey Jr battled Class of 2023 star JoVante Taylor.

Both stars have moved around a bit. Casey started at Chicago Simeon then moved to Tinley Park (suburbs) and is currently at Chicago Whitney Young. His squad featured fellow Whitney Young Dolphins Grant Newell, Xavier Amos and Dalen Davis among others.

JoVante JJ Taylor started at Chicago Morgan Park. He's currently at Chicago Kenwood under new head coach Mike Irvin. Taylor's squad featured some of his Kenwood teammates like Darrin Ames and Davius Loury as well as Mac Irvin Fire teammates Donaven Younger and Matas Buzelis. It was a star-studded matchup.
