Last year's #1 NBA Draft pick Andrew Wiggins came into the league weighing less than 200 pounds. The light weight didn't seem to hurt the 6'8 20 year old much during his rookie of the year campaign but from the looks of this recent off-season workout with trainer Seon Holmes, it looks like he's looking to add some muscle and strength to his frame.
But what exactly does this awkward looking exercise do? Maybe it's for post game activity.
