  1. I am Scoop's cousin by marriage. I have known him since I was a very little boy and we are the same age. I would go to his house to play basketball every chance I got. He had a hoop on his garage, and all the dudes in the neighborhood would come to play at his house. We would play for hours, and he was one of the best. We would play all day until his mom ran us away. Funny thing about Scoop. Sometimes, he would get mad about something, take his ball, and go into the house. There would be like 10 of us standing there like, well, we guess the game is over. He is a great guy and has been in my life for over 50 years.
