Max Christie is one of the top-rated shooting guards nationally in the Class of 2021. The 6'6 Rolling Meadows, IL senior has committed to play college basketball next season at Michigan State for Coach Izzo. But before that Max is teamed up with his younger (10th grade) 2023 brother Cameron Christie in the Mustangs backcourt.

This was the Mustangs first game in 11 months since Illinois HS basketball was canceled last March.

The home game versus conference foes Buffalo Grove went down to the wire. Max finished unofficially with 26 points, 11 rebounds, 6 blocks. Cam finished with 14 points in the 68-63 win. Buffalo Grove was led by Kam Craft (17 points, 13 rebounds) who was swarmed by Rolling Meadows defenders.
