The Lonely God of Shanghai, Jimmer Fredette, put up a career-high 75 points in a 136-137 loss to Pierre Jackson and the Beijing Fly Dragons on Sunday. The 75 is two more than the 73 he scored in a double-OT game last year. The career-high is also 7 less than the CBA record held by CJ McCollum's brother, Errick.
Jackson, who I used to call "The Kevin Durant of the D-League," had 63 points and the game-winning jumper at the buzzer.
- Pierre Jackson: 63 PTS (20-35 FGs, 13-22 3PT, 10-11 FTs), 5 rebounds, 8 assists in 44 minutes
- Jimmer Fredette: 75 PTS (24-34 FGs, 7-10 3PT, 20-21 FTs), 8 rebounds, 7 assists in 43 minutes.
