Yes, NBA, D-Wade, and whoever else has a say in who will compete in the 2013 NBA Dunk contest, please listen to James “Flight” White and let him compete.
The 2012 contest with Jeremy Evans beating Paul George, Chase Budinger, and Derrick Williams was as exciting as it sounds. And if you remember seeing James White pulling off windmill and eastbay dunks from the free throw line in high school and college, then you will probably agree he needs to be in the NBA dunk contest and is probably worth putting money down on his guarantee.
If you do remember White in high school, you probably also remember the awesome BALL ABOVE ALL VHS tape that HoopsTV and So So Def films put out in 2001. The tape contained footage of a 16-year-old White taking flight.
You probably also remember White losing the McDonald’s All-American game dunk contest to David Lee! Anyways, here’s a few videos showing why White is the greatest free throw line dunker ever.

I hope you didn’t take my advice on putting money down on White. He competed and ended up losing to Terrence Ross.
